Is it me or does it seem like they are unnecessarily skidding their rear wheels around corners to make it seem like they're shredding even harder? Filming is incredible though but maybe just a little more love for the trail?
They aren't skidding, it's called "roosting". Seems to be popular in videos over the last year or so though I don't really know why.
@@James-yy4vl Roosting is like more non sense, event GMBN has tutorial on how to "roost". Also I don't think those trails are bike trails, at least in Chile, bikes are not allowed on most national parks, videos of mountain bikers "roosting" on national parks doesn't help. EDIT: I don't know if that place is a national park

you have to have permission, we are riding with all the permission in the estancias and park land!

unas semanas atrás unos amigos de acá, Argentina fueron a intentar cumbre en bici pero del lado chileno. del lado argentino no permiten. igual no pudieron hacer cumbre. gracias por responder amigo!

Fernando, andubimos solo en sectores autorizados, siempre tenemos presente en cuidado de los senderos y especalmente en no usar los que son para personas.
Al ver la mayoria de los videos de MTB yo creo que esta justificada la prohibicion, debiesen permitir para cicloturismo si.
