    This was very good for me. I've been doing yoga through CZcams starting in May. Have been developing and growing, advancing etc. I had never come across one of your videos before but this was incredibly enjoyable. It was challenging for me yet concise. I can't wait to revisit this video in a month and then another month to see how much I have improved or if I can do the full practice without coming out of any poses prematurely.

    Lovely Sunday morning practice. It was a a slower pace than the title led me to believe, but that was perfect. I have a hard time slowing down, and I think this practice was just what I needed. Some strength poses, but also some nice stretches. And I loved your creative sequencing. I'm so glad CZcams introduced me to you by suggesting this video to me.

      Ah, I'm so happy to hear it! Thank you Kim! I used to teach at a much quicker pace, but since teaching online I find it helps to slow down and explain a bit more - and actually that holding the poses longer can be more challenging in other ways, too!

    oh my god i'm dying and so sweaty!! i love your classes so much i've been wanting to go to yoga for a while but everything is closed so your channel is perfect :) it would be cool if you could make a video on beginner tips and mistakes, maybe a video on the correct form for certain poses? thanks nicole!!

    30/11/22 done in the PM 🙏🏾. The glute bridge sequence lifting toes and heals felt great on my quads and lower back plus lifting knee to elbow and wrist sequence was challenging .. nevertheless, I made it 😸. Thanks Nicole forthe beautiful practice 💪🏾
