India has reached the Moon, and India is positioning itself to emerge as a global power, even though it only gained independence about ten years before the first Africans. Focus on what is to be done? 1. Simply push ahead and fully implement the African agenda under the AU and the ACFTA, at the continental level and if this is too slow then push ahead at the regional level such as in the EAC and in SADAC. 2. Build out the intra-African transcontinental ground transportation network, the telecommunications and energy infrastructure, the food economy, the STEM skilled workforce, and begin the processing and manufacturing of Africa's raw materials. The rest will fall into place.
