Ghanaian land tenure laws exist to GUARANTEE that the land is owned by Ghanaians, as foreigners and non-citizens are prohibited from holding freehold title to same.
It is in South Afrika, where foreigners can own land, while its people can still find themselves in townships and bantustans.
Malema would be better served focusing on the land tenure in his own South Afrika. That is, if his handlers and external sponsors would even agree to same.
