Barbary sheep in Spain. Long distance shooting with Zeiss V8. Free Range Aoudad Hunts

We travel to one of the toughest and most rugged mountains in our country, the Sierra de Aitana. This mountainous set that is part of the Prebético system, is framed in the north of the province of Alicante, and is the habitual dwelling place of one of the most unknown but exciting species of hunting in Spain.
The arruí or barbary ram (Ammotragus lervia) is a bovid of the Caprinae subfamily native to the rocky areas of the Sahara and the Sahel and was introduced to Spain in the last century.
A tough and elusive animal that turns its stalking hunt into complex but fun journeys through the most intricate mountains.
On this occasion, we recorded for the series "Zeiss, the hunter's gaze" for Cazavisión, and we took the opportunity to test the new 30mm Zeiss V8 scopes in long-distance shooting. Helped with the Geco Express ammunition and with our friend Kasi Calatayud, we enjoyed some unforgettable days in the interior of Alicante. Free Range Aoudad Hunts in Spain

Dependerá donde les des… como con cualquier munición. En este mismo canal tienes vídeos cazando jabalíes con esta punta/calibre y puedes ver su efecto.

Diferencias geco express y norma tipstrike que ambas as usado en 7mm. Cual te gusta mas? Gracias

La TipStrike es un poquito más dura dada su estructura y anillo mecanizado en la base. Monta 160 gr. frente a los 155 gr. de la Express y su Vo también es mayor con 920 m/s frente a los 890 m/s. Ambas son unas todoterreno infalibles.
