When you realize that the candle will not come out of the mold, you can put it in the freezer, it will cause the mold to freeze and separate the candle from itself, and with a few gentle taps, the candle will be separated from the mold, and whenever you want to leave a mold for a short time. Let's use a lot and make candles quickly. You can put the method in a mold, it will solidify it quickly, and tear it again and make another candle. In this way, you can make several candles in one mold in half an hour.
these are amazing !
little tip: If you weigh your candle after unmoulding it gives you your wax weight so you won't need to keep melting more wax and will have the right amount for next time, also
Adding more wax into fragrance wax will only burn the fragrance out and adding more fragrance will invalidate the clp as its only take 8 to 10%. 🥰 i hope this doesn't come across rude I just wanted to help 🥰
Great idea!!!
Just to advise also, your meant to let soy wax set for 24 hours at least and cure between 5-14 days. Most soy wax have a 10% fragrance oil hold. Meaning if it’s 100g of wax you need to add 10g of FO. then let it cure for at least 5 days. This is so the wax and FO can just combine together. The cold throw and hot throw afterwards is just Devine!
Hi Sophie. I enjoyed your video. There is a couple of corrections I would like to make not because I know much, just on the candle making course. One very important, heating with microwave is very dangerous. If the wax is overheated then can go in fire as it would be inside your microwave but then outside.... The other one is, there are some mould releasers around, like this spray. You can spray the mould with it before pouring the wax in. For releasing your stuck candles I suggest you to use hairdryer, heat the side of the mould then you should be able to pull out the candles 🕯️🕯️
Ooo thank you so so much for the tips!!!
They are all beautiful but i prefer the large shell 🤩😊so #6
Oh my god ahahaha I am living when she’s taking the candles out and saying she is beautifulllllllllll in that voice. 🤣😍
Will announce winners tomorrow in case anyone else wants to enter ❤️

I’ve never seen anyone melt the wax in the microwave!!!! Love it!!!!! I love how simple and to the point this is! 💜
Finally,a proper candle making video! Thank you!
Great video! Thanks

I found your channel ‘cause of the candle making
Same
Thank you for your help !
This is amazing! Thank you for sharing💖
I've just started a candles business and this has reallyy helped me! Thank you so much :)
hi! for those square plastic molds, you should try to put them in the freeze around 10 minutes and then sink them in to warm (almost hot) water for around 5 minute with turning the sides and try to pull the candle out. If it doesn't came out, try to put it in the freezer again for 3 minute. (or repeat the cycle again) and done :) This work for the soy wax candle :)
Great job !!!
great video thank you!!!!
To unmold tricky candles you can try putting them in the freezer for a bit then unmold
Hey I'm also starting my candle business I literally just started and it's amazing to see so many things people do with there candles great video
Love Love Love your hair!
I loved this video! Thank you for sharing this information!
You’ve inspired me to try and do it myself eventually. I’ve got a candle addiction 😂
I’d love the Virgin Mary 😍
Hey, Sophie! The candles are beautiful, it's so calming to watch this process. If you can, on your next time making candles, could you show us a little bit of how to clean all the utensils you use in the process? I've always wondered if it's too hard to clean the melted wax. Thank you and hope you guys are well!
Beautiful work. Very informative
Very interesting video. Thanks
this is probably the most informative candle making video i've seen!!
So glad you've found it helpful x
I just typed how to make candles and i found your channel.... I’m so pleased and this video was so satisfying to watch🥰 Also your hair and personality is just so amazingly beautiful and refreshing😍
so well explained.. thanks
Beautiful
Pop the container candles into the freezer for about 10mins then run under warm/hot water and they will slide out :)
I love #5 & #6!!! Although the nude lady is awesome too!! I would be happy & grateful to win any of these! I don’t know if it’s too late to win one, but I enjoyed watching your video and watching how they’re made!
great video thank you
Love this chanel!!
Really would love to get my hands on some of these moulds to save costs when starting my own business 🙏🏽❤️ I have never won a giveaway so crossing fingers for this one!!
Found you by looking up how to make candles with a silicone mold. Just got my first 2 yesterday and I had no clue how to use them.
These are so beautiful!
Thank you for this 💞💖
Because you're using soy wax, it shrinks in the cold. So next time, rather than running under warm water, try putting them in the fridge or freezer for a little bit. You may still need to bang a little, but I think it will work much better for you 😊
Hi there hun for your candle that did not come out of your candle mold for it to come out u need to put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and when u take it out of the freezer put it under hot water and it will come out hopefully seen this on CZcams 🙂
Very nice! I luv them all 😄
Absolutely love your video xx 😘❤
What is the appropriate temperature for pouring wax into a silicone mould?
I love your molds where can I get them?
Awesome candles
Very informational thank you soo much!! I’m just starting.
Does your soy was get sticky or melt in hot weather? I heard it melts too sticky or sweats … so I don’t know what was to get ☹️ I wanna be sustainable but I also want a durable candle. Any suggestions? Or experiences ? Thank you so much
Hello, I'm very new to candles and may I ask what's the best wax for pillar candles or the ones on silicone molds? Thank you.
That’s what I’m trying to figure out
Amazing candles absolutely love the bubble ones xx
Just wow I am in love with your detailing thank you so much for sharing ❤️💚
does anyone have any tips on making these body candles smooth? Mine have like textured parts and little indents, anything would be appreciated.
Dealing with the same issue
Pour it a big warmer and pour somewhat fast
How i clean silicone molds ??
This is so interesting I've been waiting for this
Great step by step thank you! I would love n.1
Been making beeswax candle for years but now looking at doing some soya. With beeswax you have to use different size wicks for different size candle. Otherwise they dont burn properly. I see you use the same size wick for all your candles dose the wick size not applies to soy wax. For those candles you were having trouble getting out from the mould you should coat the mould with silicon oil.
I'm literally just a beginner so still learning all the tips and tricks. I've not found the wick size being an issue with the ones I make
how do you not get frosting on your candles?! it’s my biggest issue with mine!!
Mine too :(
Upp
love love love! So helpful!
So helpful thank you
are silicone moulds reusable?
Yes
At what temperature should we add the colour?
19:32
65 degrees
Brilliant
Beautiful candle
i keep getting frosting and my scents aren’t that strong even though i add a lot and idk what to do
Look for videos about how to get a proper heat throw. I just learned this lol
frosting is because you're not pouring the candle at the correct temperature. I pour between 50-60 degrees and found this works great for me
how to avoid sinkhole in candles?
Heat the jar and wick with a lighter, heat gun or a hair dryer, this helps the jar and wax bond more and also just add more if it still occurs, hope that helps
Pretty candles💕💕💕
Thanks for sharing
I’ve been a beginner and I’ve read so many different methods like stirring the fragrance in for over 2 minutes. My only problem has been I can’t get my candles to smell when they’re lit. I use the soy wax but I think it may be the fragrance brand I got? I’ve heard that can affect the scent throw. Any tips??
Are you pouring the right ratio fragrance to wax? I also find soy wax has a scent of it's own
@@sophiehannah_ I’ve never known what the right amount to pour is I’ve always seen different methods so I’ve tried all amounts, I’ve heard soy wax could be challenging to work with but I like that it’s eco friendly
@@haileyservidio9486 usually the brand tells you in the little bottle how much you should use
@@lenaamartin36 was not aware of that thank you!
@@haileyservidio9486 take a look there, I just bought two different brands and it's always written on the label. I even want to see if I can find other brands because these two that I bought use the entire bottle of essence in a medium candle and it became a little expensive
What temp did u pour at?
I want yo know that too
Just seeing this video. Candles are amazing. Great work. Keep it up. I like the large bubble candle. Looking forward to your next video
Amei o vídeo!!
Hi Sophie. I made my first lot of candles today using the same products as you and when taking the angel out of the mould the wings snapped. I left them for 6 hours do you have any tips please. Is pillar wax better to use. Thank you
Getting the candles out the moulds is super hard! Did you slice down the mould like I have? Maybe you need to slice a longer line down the mould to help
@@sophiehannah_ Thank you so much for replying. I have made a slice now. It does leave a mark on the candle. It was all going fine until I took one out of the mould this morning and she snapped 💔
@@sophiehannah_ Hey, I use the same thread wick as you, but it won't light up properly please assist me. Thank You.
Those silicone moulds are looking kinda sus
I used to manage an adult store and that was my first thought 😂
Glad I found your channel by looking up bubble candle making! So glad I found you!!!!
I would love #4....your amazing!
You legally can not give any of these candles away as you do not have a CLP for any of them. You did not measure out the fragrance out correctly and if there is too much the candle will become a fire hazard.
If you give it away and that candle burns incorrectly or someone has an allergic reaction to the scent and you don’t have insurance you could face legal issues and fines from Trading Standards as you did not provide the ingredients list prior.
You need to do more research before you go ahead and tell thousands of people the wrong thing to do it’s a huge health and safety issue you are playing with.
What about giving them away with a disclaimer that they are not to be burned but for display only?
Thank you for your concern. Yes you are right I probably shouldn't be giving away these fragranced ones as I didn't measure it properly. Thank you for flagging.
I have done research and the information I gave in regards to 10% fragrance to oil is correct (between around 5-10%) and it does need to be measured out. I don't have any scales to measure which is why I popped a few drops in. However these are display only candles - I normally only display them at home and don't burn them. I received many questions about adding a fragrance which is why I featured it within the video.
I will make these candles again for the giveaway however unscented and as I always was going to, include a safety guide
It would help if you answered peoples questions in the comments…..!
She’s answering some 😅😅
Love your video xxx and your very funny very helpful thank you very much
Lovely colors and moulds are great n so are the amazing candles
As a Chandler who does this for a living, I am begging you to not send these out to the public without extensive testing. I would hope you have correct insurance before you give these away and also the correct CLP as this is a legal requirement. You need to do much more research before posting this kind of content out to your followers who are going to go away and copy your methods. There is so much wrong with this video.
Thank you for your concern. This video is just me sharing a new hobby I love. I have not claimed to be a professional candle maker and have left links for research. I have learnt this process from other youtube videos online. I have the correct insurance however I wasn't aware of CLP so I am going to remake these candles unscented and sent plain soy wax candles. Along with candle safety instructions and also display only disclaimer. I don't burn my candles I like to keep them for display. In regards to measuring the fragrance i have read in numerous online sites about the 10% ratio to wax, so I believe that fact to be true. However I know I should be properly measuring the fragrance, but I don't own scales and this is just a hobby I'm doing at home like a lot of people are.
God love you so much that He gives is only son Jesus Christ for Us. Turn to Him and have a relationship with Him
this tutorial is amazing, just what i needed, thank you!
