The Supernote has transformed my studies, and all the more since now that after some eight months I am finally using the full functionality of the device correctly as when I first received it... I just wrote out pages and pages without implementing the power of headings, keywords and stars.
@@RandoRaf Yeah, I totally understand... that although the tools are powerful yet simple I've never found a video that takes the new user through a step by step tutorial of the basics, leaving them to steam in until overwhelmed. Still, now I've calmed down and done a bit of _'house cleaning'_ peace ensues, with order to my profit.
The pencil trick is clever. I came up with a more complicated, but neater solution. I got a company who makes custom stainless kitchen splashbacks out of Stainless to cut me a strip 60mm wide with a 6mm 90 degree folded lip on one edge. Glue this to the back of the folio cover and it serves the same purpose. It looks intentional too. For a one-off, it cost about $25.
Nice. Mine was purely accident. I just happened to leave pen there one day and mind was blown so now just place pencil but yours def sounds more professional.
@@RandoRaf good to hear. I'm standing in the choice between remarkable and supernote. A very difficult decision. Part of me like the fact that remarkable only try to replace paper and nothing else. But it feels like you pay a premium only for the design and fancy looking tablet where supernote team work full time to make it useful
@@EmilGustavssonUp I was torn between the two as well. Granted I've never used Remarkable, supernote has been great and their support has been awesome.

Yes I think so. THe update that came out over year ago since then I've havent had performance issues.
