Why is my screen in CarPlay mode switching from Bright to Dark Mode! When ist's dark it's bright and during daytime it"s in Dark mode!

Hi, I hope you can help me with an issue with my screen older model. The android interface screen is turn black so I'm now left withe only the ntg interface. How can I fix this? I can't acces the settings this way or use CarPlay ;(
I'm from the Netherlands

Try a reset. Hold a pin into the upper left hole on the left edge of screen for 5 seconds.

Now someone on here told me to disconnect the main wire for a sec, but I don't know if it's the thick one behind the original radio? if that the power wire?. I'm so afraid mount is broken. Out of the blue the screen went black :(
