Ramsay is SO humbled here. It REALLY shows how much of a giant Clarkson is. It make me love both of then even more
ramsay is definitely bigger than clarkson, and he still probably was at the time. ramsay is a household name, clarkson isn’t. i can look at a random person and go, “do you know who gordon ramsay is?” and 9/10 times they’ll say yes. i could do the same thing with clarkson and it’d be more like 4/10. ramsay wasn’t humbled here, he was being respectful. this is clarkson’s show, not his.

@@xaf0163 Clarkson is definitely a household name now. But you're certainly right in saying Ramsay wasn't humbled; but just being respectful. He was definitely bigger than Clarkson at the time of recording.

The Mythbusters did it once - a Thanksgiving dinner cooked on an engine. It turned out OK, but the sauce was ruined LOL

I've been a fan of Top Gear ever since I found out that it even existed way back in 2007 when I first got Direct TV and had access to BBC America and since then I've watched so many episodes and I honestly feel like I know the guys. I would honestly love to meet all three of them...yes...even James May (Captain Slow/Sense of Direction). I'm probably one of their biggest fans on this side of the pond. I am also a huge Gordon Ramsay fan and what kicks me in the ass the most is the fact that he did an episode of Kitchen Nightmares at Levanti's Italian Restaurant in Beaver, PA which is less than ten minutes from my house and I didn't know until I saw the episode. I had my chance to meet one of my heroes and didn't know about it until it was too late. Anyway, I've been wanting to see Gordon's lap for years and I finally thought enough to look it up here and found it. Thank you so much for posting this video! God bless.

outside of kitchen gordon is very calm and relaxed. There is time to be serious and a time to have fun. Ramsey is a great chef who has very high standards when it comes to cooking which is why he is such a great chef.

I think Gordon Ramsay is one of the most awesome persons on this planet, straightforward, honest, intelligent, talented and just an overall great individual
Back in 2012 in highschool me and a mate were high one night and got some food. After the session we realised the food was cold. Then I thought.... Wait a minute. Engine = hot... We placed the Naan bread and takeaway containers inside the engine compartment, turned the ignition and had one more round. And the end of it, a nice warm meal.

I don't trust him!!! He's like my brother just way more pleasant. My brother is only like the mellow Ramsay 30 seconds at a time, the other waking hours he's like angry Ramsay times 100. Not a pleasant person to be around. He threatens to leave the family for good if we scratch the serface of a subject he doesn't want to talk about. Usually about news stuff. When I was in Australia, 1958-1960, with the Royal Navy, I worked part time for Wridgeway Brothers, the largest furniture removal company in the Southern Hemisphere. We used to "cook" or reheat food on the engine. So, this is not a new idea. Also, if you watch "The Full Monty," the same is done in that film.
