Yeah, you're absolutely right. I couldn't watch it due to the glare, he picked the bad side of the room to do this interview. And I could hardly make out what he's saying, either. I stopped watching it.
It's not that bad. Use earphone for clarity, and you can just listen to audio if the glare bothers you - it's just an interview anyway, you don't need to stare at it.

Sorry we had usues with a hum from backup power units. My friend Robert was able remove the hum but the audio was dulled
