- Hey guys! It’s time to check out a new cool product from Apex Designs!
My past few videos have been heavily focused on the Ls swap and the Charger scat pack. So I figured you guys would like to see a budget friendly upgrade video!
In this video we check out a really cool new way to air down your tires.
These Apex rapid precision valves are fairly new to the market, however they seem like an amazing choice for any Offroad rig!
These replace your standard valve stems on your wheels, allowing you to air down whenever you want, without any additional tools.
In this video, I show you how to install them. And then we test them out to see how fast these will air down your tires. Spoiler alert... incredibly fast!!
Now of course, other deflators are still a great choice. And I’d still recommend them. However these apex valves are very impressive and if your looking for a new cool upgrade for your Jeep Wrangler or any other Offroad 4x4 then I would check these out!
Thanks for watching! Stay tuned for more jeep videos, LS swap videos, and Charger scat pack
upgrades coming soon!

I love how Ben hits wheelies in your videos and messes around all the time but is super serious in his own
Can't go wrong with a D.O.T approved, mil spec bead lock along the lines of the Hutchinson Rock Monsters! Add your new stem, wham-bam thank you ma'am!
I just now ordered a set of 5 for my new Method MR106 beadlocks. Your video came at just the right time as I haven't mounted tires yet!
I just regeared my axles on my tj this week, im loving it now
Ahh, thank you for that review. Now I know what to get my Son for his birthday in January. Keep these videos coming, looking forward to the completion of the LS swap. Considering doing a similar swap on my TJ
I had heard of these. Thanks for doing an install and showing how well they work.
Awesome defiantly will be checking out the valves. Ive always just pulled my valve stems out to air down quicker. Learned a lesson airing down at uwharrie and lost a valve stem so had to buy one before I could even hit the trails then air back up. Now I have 5 spares in glove box.
Awesome video! I’m definitely getting these! I would love to get a really good tire gauge. Keep up the good work!
Love the videos and enjoy the hands on step by instructions and showing how to install everything and showing what’s needed to perform the install 👍👍👍
I’ve had Hutchison dual bead locks on my daily driver for close to two years. Don’t rock crawl too much, mainly sand dunes. Hold air great, check torque every 3 months they’ve never had a nut come lose. They they are DOT compliant for street legal. 🤙🏽
I second these. They are a little heavy but they are the best wheels I've used and they are easy to balance.
Would love some Hutchinson's. Just out of my price range.
Thanks for the education. I’m new to Jeeping. It’s good to get little hints like these from people that are pros at it. I think I will have to get me some!
I was just out on the trails today and love my Monster Valves - but honestly if I was going to do another set of wheels - this looks like a great option!
Those valves look impressive. I’m definitely interested in a set for my Jeep. Currently airing down takes too long!! Thanks for the video!
Those look awesome! Thanks. Can't wait for the LS swap. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
You made me add another thing to my list of things to get, not sure I'm in that big a hurry but it is very nice.
Hi, I love your videos and also the banter between you guys 🤣 I'd love to see you guys test these valves at the trail and also a follow up to see how they hold up. Thanks for sharing this. 🙂
Looks like an awesome product and I'm sure with a bit of use timing the deflation would get easier. Great video review!
Those are awesome! Thank you so much for the recommendation, I’ll be ordering mine this week 👍🏽
I’ve had these for 2 or 3 months now and they are great! Super happy with them
The last note is very important to avoid damaging the valve. Thank you for sharing this video!
Two things. First, I think I might just have to get a set of those. Second, I could watch her vids all day long...😍
Awesome video very informative end to end. Love the Crocs too!!
I'm really impressed with those valves, definitely on the shopping list :)
Big fan of your channel here in Canada keep up the great job
Really want to get a set of these for my TJ on 35s. Also need to get myself a winch and winch bumper, will definitely allow me to go to more places without having to worry. Great video as always, and always enjoy the content. Keep up the good work!
Those valves are pretty sweet, & damn they are down QUICKLY!
Those are impressive!
Like the idea of the option of tps on them.
Very cool!
Nice review. Like the thought and design of the product but I would never need something that deflates that fast!
Love the valves glad you pointed out the possibility of them rubbing on the rocks definitely a concern.
Method wheels are the kings of off-road so I’d check out those. Great video, I’ll definitely check these valves out.
Got to admit, I'd love to have that set.I really love the tool chest.and the valve stems are great too!
Nice air down system, cheers!
Those valves are awesome gonna have to check them out thanks for the video on them!!!
Super cool. Appreciate you sharing. I'll watch for more
I just bought a set of 5 for my Wrangler. With a family of 4 it’s a great idea not having to wait 10 minutes to air down before hitting the trail. Would really save us time we would rather spend having fun on the trail/camping. If I like them I will likely get another set of 4 for my Raptor. Thanks for the review and showing off this product!
I’ve been wanting some of those. Keep us updated
Like the valves. Bead lock wheels with the valve hole in-set would be the perfect solution.
I think these are an awesome idea just need to check my wheels to see how they would work!! Wouldn’t want them sticking out of the rim like you was talking!! Keep up the great videos!!!
Those are definitely on my upgrade list now!
those air down incredibly fast! I know what I want in my Christmas stocking now (the air gauge would be great too)
Well...Im sold. Thanks for the content!
Those deflates are awesome! Will definitely check them out.
Those valves are awesome! Need to look into those. Not sure about my rim setup something to learn more about. Thanks for sharing, love the fact you can use the TPMS. Would love a gage for the trails
Another awesome video, from one of my favorite Jeep couples.
My TrailReady beadlocks have served me well. Paired with Pitbull Rockers they never leak, bought them second hand. Probably have 4 salt belt winters behind them, bit of rock rash, and are doing great.
These look like a nice upgrade, but agree with you about it being a potential problem with certain wheels. Can always use a good pressure gage.
That valve looked like a great upgrade for wheels you don’t want to drill into. Definitely would want to try those out on my rig
I love your channel you guys do a great job. I'm gonna get a set for my Jeep.
I just carry a valve core remover and a tire gauge. It deflates it as fast as possible and it can be used on any valve.
those seem to be much quicker to air down, just need something that would automatically stop at a certain psi.
There are serveral that stop at psi you set too.
lots of those made.
@@justaguy4788 yeah but those auto deflators take forever. These seem a lot nicer and faster.
@@johnbergy5342 My cheap ones go from 28psi to 15psi in about 30 seconds (265/75r16). I guess I'm not in as big a hurry as some are.
@@justaguy4788 you also have a tiny tire 🤷🏽♀️
Looking forward to see how they hold up over time. My wife needs a tire gauge in her JLU for our trips to OBX.
Pretty cool valve setup.
Merry 🎄 Christmas
Those would be worth having just so you wouldn't have to thread on a traditional air down tool to each valve stem. Tremendous time saver! Might be a good idea to buy the 5 pack and keep one as a spare in the glove box for a trail repair if needed.
They look super simple and easy 👍
I never would have thought they'd be that fast that's almost hard to get them closed fast enough but I'm really thinking about trying them out though. Thank you for the great review
I’ve had my eye on those valves for a while, but I really want their sway bar links. Good informative video as always.
What are sway bars?
Gonna have to get me some of these. Look into Walker Evans wheels. I think that's whats gonna end up on my rig. They are quite sexy!💪🏽 I have their 16 way adjustable shocks and love them!
Time for upgrade for my Jeep !
Thanks for your aeesome channel .
Those tire deflators are awesome!
You two are amazing,
Love the videos
First! Just went to a wheeling event at AOAA that Apex hosted, good peoples.
I have Monster Valves and not for nothing... these do seem faster & easier.
Out of all the beadlocks mentioned, I'd go Dirty Life.
I put Teraflex's Nomad wheels on my Jeep. They have a stand alone built in adjustable Schrader valve. I've set my wheels at 15psi. All you do is turn the knob. I'm done with air downs! Now we need automatic tire air ups...
Thanks for the video! 🇺🇸🎄
Those are nice valves, but I would definitely agree on them sticking out. Definitely would like the guage.
I personally like the battle born gatekeeper beadlocks! 🙏🏽 awesome video Cassie keep up the great content
That is a super fast way to lower the pressure in your tires. Great job on the video.
Awesome video. Wow that was fast.
Good info (as usual) on a simple upgrade.
Happy holidays, thank you 👍🎄👍
Those deflators look legit!!
WOW, that's is crazy fast!
Crazy how fast those air down!!
Super cool deflators I really enjoy your channels can't wait for v8 swap should move that tj with no problem
Dang that’s fast going to have to get a set love the Vlogs can’t what to see you put the Ls in
Very cool and easy install.
Holy cow I see palm trees! You guys moved, big time. Man I need to go back and catch up and find out where you guys landed!
I'd love a set like that if they aired down to a set PSI. Oh, and Ben's wheelie was on point.
Great video guys!
Pretty cool concept, that would make getting other things on the trail head super fast
Very cool and fast.. thank you for the video
Great new product. Those definitely aired down fast! Tell Ben to keep those training wheels on a little longer, LoL
Where about in Florida are you guys from?
Those valves are cool. Would save a lot of time after a somewhat long 3 hr trip. Every time we wanna go wheelin we have to travel. Having those would saga be a few minutes off the setup. Stay safe and thanks for all the helpful vids.
It is a good idea, as mentioned the location of the stem will need to be away from danger or getting snap off from rocks or obstacles.
Awesome upgrade!
Great video hope you guys have a great Christmas stay safe
Those valves sure make airing down quick and easy!! Just hope you do not get distracted or you will have a flat tire!!!!
New sub here you both seem like great people look forward to uploads and the past ones ..
KMC Grenade crawls are amazing. Just put them on my Jeep last month!
Great product 👍🏾👍🏾
They are pretty cool! I might have to get me a pair!
Those things are crazy fast!
Those are awesome! I cabby believe how fast the tire pressure dropped!
I wasn’t expecting them to air down that fast!! Super crazy
I like the teraflex nomads.
I wish these had a preset psi to stop at. I need to replace the Tim’s sensors on my jku, batteries are going bad.
Take care of yourselves and stay safe.🍻🎄
Hutchinson Rock Monster beadlocks are very attractive looking wheels
Heres a tip place the valve stem inline with the hilift jack once the bead breaks just leave it where it ia or pumpmp it a couple more times to expose the inside of the valve stem that way your not struggling to hold the tire down away from the rim.
Wow...that was air was moving out pretty damn quick! I have Spyder beadlocks with a 3.5” backspace on my 98’ TJ and they afford a lot of protection to your valve stems from rocks and boulders and the design is great for pivoting your wheel around obstacles. They are a little heavy, but with an LS or Vortec swap it’s a mute point.
Thumbs Up .... Those were Super Cool 👍
Those are awesome!
they seem pretty cool. But I agree it has to do with the location of the stem.
Love the valves, it will be interesting to see how they hold up while rock crawling
This was my thought as well. I have been in positions where rocks were literally licking my stock stems!
If you flip the O-ring will it sit deeper?
No issues had them for 6 months
I’ll be sure to let you guys know after I go wheeling with them
