Ur right about that Francis but my personal opinion is i think that a good load planner plans on and learns the drivers Way of how they perform 😅😊
I am pretty sure Joe meant load planning is fun and managing.....not so much 🤣😂 I have to say he is awesome at both!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
