I was happy seeing the old man really knowing what he wanted. The toys were marvellous and no doubt in it. He sounded arrogant but wasn’t he just needed a little bit space to express himself. I know everyone else in sharktank sound humble… he sounded rude because he was having years of experience and as a older person was more responsible so wasn’t trying to bow down. I am very proud of him 😊

I think his age was not the problem here. In fact his age got him respect and saved him from harsher comments. His unnecessary humour, not letting others speak, not answering questions directly, very expensive toys, boasting about his brand and business in weired manner(like aap chal ke dekho humse log kaise baat karte hain) etc.. These things were just not pleasant..
i dont think the toys were expensive. Toys are becoming expensive these days. gone are the days where you can go to a toy shop and buy a toy for less than 100 rupees.Even hotwheel cars are being sold for 500 rupees but yes, he should get a younger ceo with better communication skills.

Don't mean to critique you but this is format of the show and once there was one specially able kid and he was treated with so much humility and comfort.
I think uncle is himself so energised that he rejected.
And also no one knows what goes behind the camera so it's better to see this simply as negotiation between pitchers and investors.
Seat would be given to him. But, He himself maybe thought of standing. For many pitches in the Shark tank, old people are seen sitting, like one company which sells hair oil having old nana nani.
His business is small, worth only 40 crores. Many flaws in business. He is a senior citizen, so respect as elderly person. But in terms of business it is not worthy to get investments.
Maybe he should either give his business to young children or sell his company. What Anupam also said.
I was looking for such comments ki itni achi pitch plus feedbacks given by judges still someone will come up with this. Dude whenever any oldage ppl come to such shows they are offered but if they want to shoot it while standing and comfortable they ask everything off camera so keep your inputs with you. Exports ka breakup Lena chaiye tha for which countries they export and then perform swot analysis, if their major percentage of exports is to China, it is not investible even for selling after 5 years as per founders vision because China will easily copy and manufacture cost effectively and sell back to India and take up the export order as well.
Although people joke about Namita all the time and sometimes it's funny too, but in my opinion she evaluates a lot of things and only invest in something if she is sure. Can say she is not a risk taker, which is not really a bad thing. You cannot help everyone, at the end of the day you have to be calcualtive.

Uncle ji ne 5 saal mai company bechna hai aisa nahi bolna chahiye tha.
Baki female founders, aap kis cheez ke paise lete ho, kuchh bole hi nahi aap, ya phir aise hoga uncle ji kuchh bolne nahi dete honge.
Correct. Good investor look for long term exit. No founding team or succession plan. Secondly uncle saying i will work for 5 yrs and Also planning to sell after 5 yrs looks clear one man show. Debt is suitable for him but again due to lack of strong succession plan banks also refraining.
