Love the walkthrough of the whole process ♥ Really interesting to see how you went from the first top-down concept to the portal platformer now.
The challenge given seems a lot like the mechanics from the game Rain World, you should check it out! The npcs in that game are verrry smart and have factions you can manipulate to have them turn against each other in interesting ways 👀
