Le Président de la Transition, SEM Andry Rajoelina, l'Ambassadeur de France, l'ambassadeur de l'Afrique du Sud, l'ambassadeur du Maroc, le vice-président de l'International Rubgy Ball (IRB), le Ministre des Sports, le président de la Fédération Malgache du Rugby et le Chef de Région Analamanga ont assisté à la victoire, en finale de la CAN 2012 de rugby à XV, des Makis de Madagascar sur l'équipe nationale de la Namibie (57 à 54).
