@CharlieAquatic Well, believe me, it was a pretty good prediction nonetheless! And you can tell, as it fooled me into thinking he must've actually said that at one point!
We are proud! Euro-/synthpop of the 1990s was not everyone's cup of tea, but the callback to it in this track combined with the classic music? Banger indeed
The classical instruments are actually so clever because the most iconic composer in the world came from Germany! Makes you wonder why they didn't choose Ludwig as the staff ghost...
This version is growing on me, but I still prefer the original. That being said, I'm eagerly awaiting for someone to make a mashup of this with the original. Each version has specific strengths that I think would blend perfectly with each other.
@@iliyas6805 because it's a category? and it's easy to compare things within the same category? it's just like saying that coconut mall is the best mkwii song or something. it's the same situation.
German: Ich Liebe es wie diese Version sich mehr auf die Instrumente fokussiert. Gibt dem klassischen Teil noch mehr Charm. English: Love how this version focuses more on the instruments. Gives the classical part even more Charme.
What I've been waiting for since the prefetch leak. THIS is one of the most banging theme in the whole game. Heck, it beats out Electrodrome's theme for me... but just barely. Though I still have to place 3DS Neo Bowser City and possibly 3DS Rainbow Road ahead.
Whenever I go back to listen to the original, I be like "Um, not really feeling it here", but whenever I listen to this remix, it gives me so much intensity inside.
You ever listen to a piece of music, and regardless of whether it's meant to be happy, sad, etc, you just start tearing up, and you can't explain why? Cause that just happened to me. This song is incredible
I grew up and still live in Berlin (sry for my english xD ) the first part that comes to my mind listening this track is that it fits so well in how modern the standards nowdays are and so the music, artists, clubs and society And in another part with the classical instuments combined, the history of all the periods this city and music was involved in and so the fusion that it made itself let us player still think about how important both things are in life and what makes us.. ... .. .Is also what it handsdown makes it so perfect!! 😍😍
i completely agree! the music for these city tracks is pretty good at representing the cities they're based off of by the way your english is very very good!
I totally agree! I kinda think of the techno part as representing Germany in present day, since techno music is a big thing in Germany (I think, correct me if I'm wrong). But the orchestral parts represent Germany's history. Not just because orchestral music goes back centuries, but because a lot of famous classical pieces have their origins in Germany. If I had to describe this song with one sentence, it would be something like "Times may be changing, but it's still the same Germany." Dang, now I wanna travel to Berlin just to see the real thing.
Not going to lie, it hits me really hard during my first experience with this track. It really brings out the implementation of classic varieties for Germany! COULDN’T! STOP! BOBBING!

@@JimmyNeutron1029 Agreed. Though that comment was mainly addressing the city tracks as of wave 3. As for original tracks, I'd say all of them except for Sky-High Sundae are pretty solid. I know Amsterdam Drift gets some flack for being so so, but I still find it more enjoyable than Bangkok Rush!
My only complaint on this music is that the orchestral instruments sound too stiff if that makes sense. I'd layer it with the orchestral instruments from the tour version just to remove some of the stiffness.
@@SuperKoopBrosOfficial nah the orchestral instruments on this one feel too artificial for how stiff it is. It's like they tried to imitate the brass sections from sonic colors' sweet sweet mountain but failed since it's not chopped samples from a pre-existing recording.

Electrodrome afterparty be like:
Totally. This remix really does give off Electrodrome vibes.
The increased emphasis on the band instruments and the techno theme makes this so much better. And the transition before the loop was so unique.
I'm not sure if that makes it less "punchy" ... I liked the synth emphasis of the original more.
