      Thank you for your comment, Tim. A big thank you also to journalist Niamh Horan who reports about the event today ('Myers splashes out to celebrate RTÉ
      victory', Sunday Independent, 1st May 2022). Every other Irish journalist and media organisation seems only too happy to bury the story and Kevin Myers along with it.

      Agreed. However, he was under terrible stress after being ambushed out of the blue in circumstances which still haven't been fully explained and being wrongfully attacked on Twitter (which he wasn't on himself) by none other than J.K. Rowling and Chelsea Clinton - two people who knew nothin about him or his record. But you are right. No one should ever apologise to bullies.
