i cant really tell you what to do since i kinda have the same problem myself but what i usually do is try and have the ball for as long as i can before passing it to a team mate near me who looks like their in a good space to have it :P

Sir I want to know what a soccer ball is.
i held the player behind me with my hands and the ref said it was a foul, so frustrating.
I was chocked that way, but I can do tackle with greater push as a back guy, but I am afraid about the outcome , as I am too tough for any if I am will ing to be , but in that situation how can I come before the opponent , as a single real push of me will liable me to a push like for penalty 🕉️
