People hate the "Faith" cover? Maybe I just didn't get the memo because I'm in my 30's now so I don't know what's cool anymore, but I have been jamming that shit since I first heard it. LB has had some fucking hardcore cringe in their catalogue, but i never thought "Faith" was in there, that cover is a hilarious banger. Also new album is way more fun than it has any right to be.
Fred durst is an underrated screamer and his scream skills shine well in that song amongst others in the first album. It’s a shame he lost the intensity in his vocals after that album
1) Faith cover is one of the best covers i have heard and I mean it. Its just unreal 2) the unquestionable truth ep is the best produced limp bizkit album and I wish they had done something similar more extended 3) Results may vary and still sucks are bad, but not terrible, they're hard to understand 4) significant other and chocolate starfish are overrated by popularity. In fact chocolate star fish songs end up being semi comic by fred durst vocal role. I know its what he means though.
My personal ranking would be: D tier (worst to least worst): - Still Sucks (totally agree with you right there); - Result May Vary (I like Build A Bridge, but it's the only good slow song there and the album is at least more consistent than SS) C tier: - RMV B-Sides (it's heavier than og RMV and also the least rap-ish of their whole discography, it sounds like the deep cuts of Significant Other but without Wes' writing skills) B tier: - Gold Cobra (I find it to be kind of a summary of their first three albums, a bit inconsistent but Shotgun is a 10/10 song); B+ tier (worst to least worst): - Significant Other (I wasn't big on it initially and it does get weaker after 9 Teen 90 Nine, but up to that song, it's pretty consistent) - The Unquestionable Truth pt.1 EP (The Truth and The Story are really big bangers) A tier: - Three Dollar Bills, Yall$ (inconsistent indeed, but the first three songs are 10/10's and the rest is as good and consistent as Significant Other) S tier: - Chocolate Starfish (the album that sold the band to me, the first half is filled with 10/10s and the second half is better than Significant Other's deep cuts imo) S+ tier: - the 1996 demo (literally the best songs of 3DBY but rawer)

@@MetalTrenches I agree, but we are listing the albums not the songs. So i feel that still sucks is more an ep than an album. Because its lenght and its inconsistent moments. I really like the bangers tracks, but the album just doesn’t have the time needed to justify all of those slower tracks and it feels a little unbaked
I'd have 3 Dollar Bill in A tier and to me is their only album that stands up to this day because it had a slightly rougher and punkier feel, whereas their next 2 albums are so overpolished that they are easily pigeonholed into their era. Significant and Chocolate in S tier. Results May Vary in Z tier...it's just utter rancid trash. I haven't listened to the other 2 albums and won't. That EP had a mature feel to it that made you think they had a career beyond the juvenile albums in Significant and Chocolate.

In june 2021 wes hadnt even seen fred for an entire year. Its the fred show and company basically. What good is having such a kickass band when half the tracks are rap beats and acoustic guitars? and those even suck! oh yeah a cover song as well. Gold Cobra may be C tier but it does have the song Shotgun which may just have the greatest Bizkit riff to ever exist.
