Wow. Great vid Wayne. Any ideas on how you would create this type of intro for the beautiful game: football
If I was gonna do that I would choose music that sounded like a sports channel soundtrack, and instead of the paint type images I've used, you could include elements that hint at football...so instead of the bright painted background you could use a pitch with the line markings, and instead of the swirling paint maybe use a rad and yellow card...so it's not the obvious images, but immediately conveys what it's about. 😁

Regarding the template - I am working on some motion templates - BUT - it's a little tricky because if you change the text, it loses the match & move animation (cos it relies on the exact same element on both 'pages') so I wanna make sure it's easy for people to use. Oh - and for that element I searched for 'brush stroke' and filtered by animated elements only. 🖤

I would love to know how to put that video that you just showed us into a mockup like you showed in your video of the computer screen..I am subscribed to upbeat..they really have good music and sound effects...very reasonable too. Just got my friend to subscribe to you as well. So we are both watching your tuts. We both love animation in our videos and we are learning from you a lot. Theres a lot of animation templates on canva but none of which are ever good looking as yours. You are the one to watch...Do you ever do videos of what's new in Canva, That would really be helpful. Cause Canva never sends me email like you telling me what's new. A guy by the name of Ronnie is the only i know that does that kind of tut, but his are quite lengthy. I think people like myself like watching tuts are don't last for 30 minutes.
I got stuck with text animation, not transitions from one slide to another. The text animations you did were fascinating. But I didn't know how you did them because you were more focused on transitions.
Hey Hazim. Yeah it can be a little misleading be cause although "match & move" is a transition, it actually animates the elements between slides. Thats why the 'transition' is the focus as it is what actually animates many of the text elements in this example

Unfortunately because this "match & move" animation works on objects that are identical, if I provide them template and you change the text, it will remove the animations...so it's a little tricky to share the template. I am trying to find a way to make it work thoguh - so keep checking and I'll make sure I let everyone know on this channel. 🖤
How did you rotate the words off of the left side of To Be Free slide?
I just rotated & moved them, and used the match and move transition. But I made sure that on the next slide the letters are OFF the slide, but the text box is still ON the slide. That way match and move will work.

As far as I know you can't export a video with transparent background in Canva, but you can bring the video of you into Canva and use it as the background, and then overlay text and graphics. Or if you are editing your video in another program you could export with a green screen and remove the color in that program.

Is this available as a template or design in Canva from you?
Unfortunately not. I am still waiting to hear back from @Canva about becoming a contributor. The other tricky thing is that the match and move effect only works on two elements that are exactly the same, so it's not quite as easy as customizing a normal Canva template. But I know some of the people in my course have created some pretty cool stuff! 👍🏽 I will put an announcement out if I hear back from Canva about sharing templates on there. 🖤
Not only the effect from words . It's music effect more . Where you got music.

I’m afraid not. The way match & move works in Canva, if you change the text on one slide it loses the animation, so it can be tricky to do with a template. I’m working on ways to make it easier tho!
This animation 'match and move' is not there in my tab
It should be available in the transitions tab - hope that helps.
How to rotate and exit the text "to live and create for you."?
That effect is just using the 'match & move" transition to create the animation. I just rotate the text box and move it so the text is off the screen, but the box is still on the slide. Then 'Match & move" does the movement for us.
I have done it (just by duplicate the slide of "to create for yourself" and move one by one word outside the frame) but why the text doesnt appear in the next slide? Can you help me?
@@blissfullevana2097 It's probably because you still have to have the text FRAME on the next slide, even though you can't see the text.
