i was watching jacksepticeye's playthru of the dlc and as SOON as i saw the snowflake character (dont know their name) licking their thumbs i recognized it instantly. im so pleased with the swing you sinners references, its such a classic

Mortimer's whale has the constellation 'cetus' (whale) down its back. I believe this is a nod to Ecco the Dolphin, who has the constellation 'delphis' (dolphin) on its head.
