Thanks for the inspiration RJ, after i started watching motovlogs (especially yours) i went from no license to full license in 3 months. Riding is fucking amazing, and it's given me something to live for. Screw being stuck in a tin can on your way to your concrete cage, now i'll have fun at least twice a day come rain or sunshine.

Awesome vid RJ. I can't get enough of that bikes sound in your vids. The nuda and the s1000r sound amazing in different ways.
If they're linked brakes....one would slightly twist the throttle while slowly letting go of the right brake lever? as opposed to slowly getting of the rear brake pedal as you feel the bike pulling?

  • @thepassionofthegoose5472

Beautiful bike. I'm in the process of deciding if I want the extra expense of monthly payments to own something so amazingly savage, yet supremely usable.
Every summer I travel the US and North America on a Honda VFR, and I too find that 150(ish) miles between stops is about perfect. The five minutes the entire process takes is a great refresh, and (as important) an easy way to tell if more rest is needed.

If you remove it's best to fit a PCV and a remap, before the pcv, accelerate hard and I would say, quick, after tuning, accelerate and I would say, holy shit. You can see the dyno graphs on my website.

I know this is an older video but I hope you see this and reply RJ.
I am aware you don't like to tell people what to buy, but I am seriously considering a 2015 S1000Rs, my concern is it has 31,000 miles on the clock, albeit with full service history and from a dealership for peace of mind, but I wanted to know how many miles you've put on yours and have you had any issues? Also, are you aware of anything specific to look for other than the normal things when viewing/test riding? Cheers.

I've done 10,500 trouble free (zero problems) miles on her, in my opinion, it's one of the best bikes out there.

@@royaljordanian thanks very much for your reply RJ I appreciate it, you certainly seem to love it and I value your no nonsense opinions, I think I will book a viewing and test ride and go from there :)
