Another stupid sounding but effective tip: print out pictures of the same species but bigger and tape them to the aquarium glass. Worked a couple of times for me.
I had a female clownfish that was so mean she'd attack snails, hermits, ANYTHING. She eventually got stabbed in her sleep when my short spine urchin made its way into her sleeping crevice overnight.
My royal gramma is tied with my pink clown as the smallest fish in my 210g I have a cleaner shrimp multiple blue leg hermies two butterflyfish I had to separate bc ones being picked on, my rabbitfish bothers no one but my heniochus was pestering him and beating on my teardrop so idk what to do now
They start off as women and develop into a male when by themselves they need a male to keep the hormones in check kinda idk how to explain it lol@@bahamareefer
Easiest tip . Just get rid of the royal. Cleaner shrimp are like $60 I would not take that loss over a not that cool fish that is know if being aggressive .
I think your tank is just too small. because its a cube and not a rectangular prism there isn't enough horizontal space for the gramma to stake some territory away from the clowns. So basically the grama has to share its territory and it doesn't enjoy that. Only thing I could think of is getting a larger tank or adding more rock.

Wow!! My Royal Gramma hides and I rarely see it.
same, sometimes I forgot I even have one lol.
They probably don’t feel safe in your tank, I have one and she’s fine even with my big fish but keeps her distance

The order should have been in introduction, cardinals and shrps, then pistol and goby, then clowns and last the gramma.

I like longer tanks, you’re right. My 5gal EVO feels like it has more swimming space, lol.
I'm 6 minutes in and no tips. Not cool.
Good feedback 😆 I should have hit you with some quickly. The Royal got tame. Hope you found a tip or 2.
