When time machines are a thing, this is my first stop. No question. Front row at this show would have me in tears. Dave & Tim are the best acoustic duo of all time.
I had aisle seats, ten rows back for these guys in Phoenix. I’d seen the band and Live from Luther College had just come out. I paid $200 a seat and that was in ‘99. It was top three in my concert lifetime.
When talents and creativity is performed with passion and honesty, an outstanding breath-taking and mesmerizing show like this is what you're gonna get.
He played the being a child and looking up bit to a T! My favorite DMB song. This song saved my depression. It made me realize I was not alone. The lyrics of the whole album saved me from death. When people say music soothes the soul, well, it soothes me, and the 90’s grunge rock era followed by DMB saved me.
DUde, Tim iis just too good. To see him make that face on the 32nd not strumming or however fast it is at the end there... Jesus. One of his moments of pure fire. I reckon he only glanced at the fretboard like 3 times in the solo leading up to the outro
"Dancing Nancies" Could I have been A parking lot attendant Could I have been A millionaire in Bel Air Could I have been Lost Somewhere in Paris Could I have been You're little brother Could I have been Anyone other than me Could I have been Anyone other than me Could I have been Anyone He stands touch his hair his shoes untied Tongue gaping stare Could I have been a magnet for money? What do think under the table and dreaming was marketed as...get in line w all the other 16 yr olds when it came out....that tour turned me off Dave and was when he sold out to mainstream usa...the dead, yonder, widespread, even phish didn't get radio play and do that...he's talented he just made poor marketing decisions that true heads don't respect

With all due respect to Rockbridge and Taylor Guitars... nothing can come close to the sound and tone of a Martin.
I own one myself and I couldn’t agree more.
awesome concert, to bad the video editor wanted us to see the shadows on the floor and not the actual act....

no one likes it?
Dmb is a sell out...listen to the dead but Tim Reynolds is uber talented...
Calling a musician a "sell out" is what people who have zero knowledge of music say.. Could you reword that saying for us please? What does "sell out" actually mean?. Also please try and be intelligent not ignorant about it.
I am intelligent about music. I just appreciate real talent that aren't all about money and pop music
Money is a part of music and life.. Calling Dave Matthews music pop is just ignorant.
Dmb became the anthem for college frat guys and sorority girls who thought they were hippies.
Tim's bottle neck playing sucks!!
Punkwart okay i’d like to see you try doing it then
Amazing
