    Could also debounce input signals in a debounce function block. Then use the debounced input memory bits throughout the program logic. Removes the confusion of debounce timers in the logic and makes debounce times easier to see and change.

    Very informative video. I'm doing an EE degree and I'm interested in PLC programming but my degree doesn't really cover it :(

      Thanks Joe, I wouldn't worry about not having the module, you can learn PLCs yourself on the side. I'm keen to do some videos on using a raspberry pi as a PLC but just been swamped recently
