i really learn a lot from the series, Brendan please help on how to keep your chest up after btwist and cork
I had the same issue!!! you have to flip more! what really helped me was trying to cork low and fast, rather than high and slow
Try to do a btwist round

Why do we have to train the corks if we don’t have the head upside down during the shuriken cutter ? And can you do the shuriken cutter out off a cart off ?
It is because it is a cork variation, if you dont have that fundamental this is going to be extremely hard (keeping mind I stil haven't done it) also you can do it from cart
In all fairness you could learn it from swing 7 ish
