Do a video on strength benchmarks for tricking. Flexibility benchmarks would be intresting too.
Also, a video breaking down optimal bodily proportions for tricking. Im talking leg to torso ratio, not just height.
Thats a great idea! I wanna do a few videos about tricking conditioning! As far as bodily proportions I think it best to focus on what we can change about our tricks, rather than what we cant

Why can I do a Raiz without all of these moves?
Please do a 540 Gyro to split combo! Have you ever seen the CZcams short movie Kung Fury? There are several tricking scenes where he's fighting. The move happens at 18:47 seconds. Saw the actor perform it in front of the green screen, so I know it is not CG.
this trick is alien
when I was trying to learn this trick, I injured my back. pulled back muscle or strain or somethig like that. right now i'm scared of this trick, i'm scared that i will injure my back again. how can I prevent that?
I completely understand. I felt the same way about cork to split. It's scary after getting hurt, but we have two choices. We can condition, recover, and rework the trick from the ground up or we can work other tricks until we feel better about it. Avoid putting any trick on a pedestal, you can do it if you put in the time 🔥🔥🔥
