Ive never seen such a knowledgeable salesman before. I'd buy from him before the yanmar
absolutely
Hahaha i knew i was going to see a bunch of (absolutely) comments!
ABSOLUTELY!
I have had the Kioti RX 6620 4 years and absolutely love it! We had owned Deere for years but they just don't measure up anymore. Also, the Deere salesmans selling point, after I asked him why I should purchase their tractors again, was to keep slapping the fender and saying "because it's a Deere!". Haha....maybe he was upset cause my magnet was sticking to any of the 5085 supposed "iron" drivetrain! Oh well.....
New game: drink every time he says absolutely! Lol, just kidding. Even though I am a Kubota guy, the two things that sell this tractor for me are the loader stands and the linked pedal. The linked pedal is my favorite part of Kioti tractors.
Kubota is hard to beat. One thing in having a tractor is service and parts. Only two dealers are good for that Kubota and John Deere. There is the best and the rest Kioti falls in the latter.
Absolutely I would be very drunk playing that game.
Good to see that you and the wife are not color blind. I have always heard good things about Kioti but never had an opportunity to check them out real close. This dealer did a good job pointing out all of the features.
I'm really considering the CK3510. Glad to see you liked it.
I love my Kioti CS2510 TLB with 60" center mowing deck. I've had it for a year now and it has been a reliable workhorse.
Seems like a decent tractor. And he seemed to be very knowledgeable about the products, which is always important.
Just got here but that doesn’t take away from the fact that EVERYONE needs to excel at their occupation like Aaron. Refreshing!
I was thinking the same thing, that dude is on point!
I ABSOLUTELY like how knowledgeable the salesman is. I can tell he did his homework. Sadly that is getting rare. Some times they make stuff up,i have even caught and called a salesman out on it in the past. (From a different tractor company). Well done
And yes, that young man is knowledgeable and a great personality 👍 Good job Aaron ✅🙏🙏
Excellent video Tim. A lot of good information for anyone looking at one these tractors. Aron definitely has product knowledge I was a sales rep for almost 30 years when I was first starting out my Dad and a couple of other veteran reps I worked and trained with told me one of the most important things to being a good sales rep was product knowledge. He did a great job of explaining everything and answering all your questions. Have a great weekend. God Bless!!!
Yes. Very impressed with Aaron!
Get the cab! You can still shoot great videos with the cab.. Removal of the doors with the quick hinges. But in the dead of winter or summer.. AC or heat
My dad bought two Kiotis for his farm. I find that the plastics feel kinda cheap but they do have a lot of features. He also had some wiring issues on his first one but the dealer fixed that under warranty. Oh, and the cabs are quite roomy relative to the tractor's size.
So glad yall went and looked. Again I cannot say enough good about my ck2610. I got mine with the 3 range 9 speed manual. The ck tractors are about as big as you can go but still fold the rops and get inside a standard garage door.
Was a night and day difference with dealers here. Aaron, had a great deal of knowledge and answered every question he was asked. You can tell he was trying to sell a machine!
The salesman knows his stuff 👍
A friend of mine has A 3510 really nice tractor and he haven’t had any issues with it
Hi Tim,
Thanks for the visit to the Kioti dealer, and thanks Aaron, this review helped me decide
what to buy. I was very close on a smaller 33 HP Kubota, and considered a Mahindra.
Parts availability for Mahindra doesn’t seem very good right now here in Quebec Canada.
So Kioti it is! Took delivery Friday of my CK4010HST, Tractor Loader Backhoe.
Thanks again,
Good information!! I was clueless about the kioti Brand until about a month ago. I was looking to upgrade to 35hp from my 25hp Kubota. This video was my first of any regarding Kioti. After many other videos about JD , LS, Mahindra, and other Kioti owner reviews my mine was made up and I was sold on Kioti. Found a dealer here in south louisiana and made a phone call and the sales guy had exactly what I wanted. It was well worth the 2hr 15 min drive to take delivery. I have the ck3510 w/loader/R4 tires , manual shift. Thank you guys for a very through and fair video.
Tim, I purchased a CK27 3 years ago for working my food plots. It has been very reliable and a good tractor for my needs. The price point was the deciding factor for me when compared to JD and I don't regret the decision.
I'd buy a tractor off Aaron, he comes across as a good egg. Knows his product and sells it well, rather than running down the opposition.
Kioti’s are nice..get the Cab
..you can still do CZcams, many others do.
Sharp tractor..I drive by the Kioti plant in Wendell, NC all the time but never have seen one. Thanks,
“Absolutely “ lol. Nice video. I always talk to the technicians in the garage before the salesman.
I have had. Kioti for 2 years now and like I. I am a bit bigger but today the driveway washed out from the rain and 30 mins later it was fixed. The Kioti did its job. I have the cab and love it.
Good review, Tim and Christy. I thought Christy was going to drive it home when she started down the parking lot. Aaron seemed to do a good job explaining some of the features offered on the 3510. I have a dealer 10 miles away and will go look at them a little closer when it stays warm enough. Good luck in your search for a slightly bigger tractor.
Interesting tractor, full of options. I would get the cab and a wireless mic at the time of purchase, if I was purchasing one. Christie your one wild driver for sure and you know how to test drive.
Best review available great sales person I’ve seen nice man man woman interaction. Thanks
Very good salesman. My dad had an old kioti. I think it was 30hp. It had 4000hrs on it and would still start up at 20deg.. With no problems.
I have watched I believe is every kioti video on CZcams. This salesman gives more info than most. Great video
he was way more helpful and knowledgeable than the last dealer .
We bought our CK3510HST from Aaron at Haltom Equipment almost two years ago. Beyond thrilled with this tractor. A real working machine. Dirt work, driveway maintenance, rough mowing, finish mowing, grading, general utility. Be glad for you to come give ours a workout. Located in Martinsville. Think you would be real happy with a Kioti.
That would be fun, Dwayne!
The offer will be open whenever. Just let me know if you want to set something up.
Thanks for the video I’m considering the kioti ck3510 se with the gear transmission. I’m hoping to purchase it by the end of this year
It had extendable rear links too, very convienant when hooking up 3pt equipment.
Get the bigger series 45 hp tractor. I’m made the mistake buying a Ck35, 2 years later I bought a new 2014 dk40 se, an absolute beast. I think it’s the best 40 (41) hp tractor ever made!
I have a 2006 Ck30 but it's just to small for me so I just bought a new DK 5310se and it's an an awesome tractor. Those guys at Stigler Mill are great to work with!
Do I believe this is a great video, full of useful information for any prospective Kioti buyers? Absolutely!
It's outstanding to see a person happily knowledgeable about their product! I want to buy a tractor from them now! That's a legit nice tractor too...I can see why he would be proud of it. Well done indeed!
Agreed!
Tractor Time with Tim why not get a track skid steer or a bobcat all steer model can turn all 4 wheels and skid with a switch of a button and can do everything your looking for in a tractor and more make a video on why not a skid steer or has it just not come to mind??
Oh, it has came to mind.
Who knows, maybe we'll go that way.
There are a few reasons why we are not leaning that way:
1) Skid steers tear up the grass...no way to prevent that.
2) We are "Tractor Time with Tim". Regular folks seem to be able to relate more to a tractor than a skid-steer. We want to reach more folks with our channel. We are afraid that a skid steer appears more 'commercial', industrial, not sure.
Anyway, our focus is gaining and entertaining you, the audience. ...more so than perfect efficiency on the job.
That might not make sense to you, but it is how we are thinking.
Tractor Time with Tim well that's why I mentioned the bobcat all steer models like a300 or a770 because they do 4 wheel steer and hit a switch and goes into skid steer mode and they can get wicked wide turf tires for them alot of landscape companies get the all steer bobcats for that reason and no other skid steer brand makes an option like that
Tractor Time with Tim And nah that makes sense it's more of a fun hobby to you than work just letting you know there are better options and you could keep the tractor and get maybe pick up new viewers cause you already got tractor and mini ex so don't see why people wouldn't mind skid steer video and it may help some people to show they can buy a skid steer instead of tractor for certain work
I agree with you, that sells man sure knew his stuff. that's a rare thing these days
Just bought my CK3510se last week. Should be taking delivery in the next couple of days. This video helped push me to look at them and I’m glad I did. I live in Greene county and have two Kioti dealers within 45 minutes of me, that was a huge deciding factor also. Thanks for the great videos Tim.
Congratulations!
Awesome, I'm glad you checked these out. I'm currently running a Branson, also worth a look, tho my next machine will be back to Kioti.
Glad you complemented that salesman! The whole video I kept thinking to myself this guy is good, and then you complemented him on his knowledge. Great job! I find it hard to find people who take pride in what they do these days.
“Absolutely”, let’s put it that way!
Looks like a tractor that deserves some serious thoughts in my opinion. The company does have a very good reputation. A couple of my friends love theirs. I have the other orange....I also like seeing the references to God in your videos. God bless your family!!
Kioti has a good reputation. I like my LS xj 2025h it works great in tight areas. Lots of pine trees to mow around. Last tractor I had was a 35 hp L series Kubota but it would be to big for my property now. Reverse tine tillers eat up the hp but do a great job. Go for kioti Tim.
Drinking game! One shot when salesman says, ABSOLUTELY! LOL
My dad has 2 Kioti tractors and loves them!
I'm definitely a die heart JD fan but Kioti is my close second ever since I owned the early 2000's DK35 model. I'm pretty sure I put roughly 10,000 HRs just brush hogging with it and never had a single issue. 10/10 would definitely buy it back if I could.
I feel like I am out shopping for a tractor so great entertament I actually spent three years looking at different brands before purchase a kioti dk 5510, best purchase ever.
Tim I've been watching a few of your video's on buying a tractor and i am very impressed with this tractor and with the Kubota dealer as well. The Yanmar well like the others not so much.
Surprisingly well equipped tractors those Kioti's - they are creeping into the market over here in the UK. Of the two salesmen we've seen you visit so far, this fella comes across as far more clued up, far more enthusiastic and much more interested in the machine itself, even down to letting you loose for a few donuts! I certainly know who I'd rather buy off of.
Love my Kioti 3510SE HST.
I have a 3032E. Wish I knew about these last July. Keep up the good work Sir.
My neighbor has one like urs and my Ck30 will outwork his any day of the week!
Very nice tractor tim and the quality looks realy good .
I've had my CK20 HST with loader and mower deck for 13 years. When I bought it I just could not see the advantage of spending an extra couple thousand for a Deere. I'll have my Kioti till I no longer need it or any other compact tractor. I had to replace the front rt axle seal. That's been it for anything other than normal maintenance. I like my Kioti.....absolutely!
Until you try to sell it
Good video! The man knows his tractors.
I just jumped over to watch your Kioti review. I need to go check these out. Thanks
Yep Tim, I'd be drooling as well. It's a really nice tractor. I love that it has a hydraulic dip stick and not a little dingy window to peer through to guesstimate the necessity for more fluid. The mirrors are super. I need them. Much better than the Yanmar you showed us before. How far is this dealership from your home? What is warranty coverage and cost for service? Can't remember placement of the gas tank. No remotes in rear. If Finance committee blesses it, I'd get them. thanks for taking us along, Tim.
I bought a ck4010 hst last year, its been a great machine so far, the 40hp has plenty of power for most jobs. I wouldn't get to crazy with the linked peddle though, since owning mine for a solid year, I've come to realize that the t4 engine (emissions) need to run / idle at a minimum of 1800rpm or you will need to regen every few hours, its slightly frustrating but that's just smoke and mirror because the machine sips fuel, its a little louder than other machines but really not a game changer.
The other pia with this machine and again, not a big deal is the hydro valves, kioti uses a kioti hydro connection and any implement that runs on hydro power needs to have the matching kioti coupler.
Rear ballast is a much, get a quote for wheel weights, I say the wheel weights because when you fill the tires with beet juice or washer fluid then your committed to have that weight on the tractor all the time, atleast with the rim weights you can take the weights off if you need to, plus your not wasting the 3 point hitch with a ballast box.
Love watching this and realizing this is just down the road from us in Greenwood
After watching this, I added the Kioti to my list. I just purchased my first tractor, a CK 4010. I added the linked pedals, arm rest, and two rear remotes. That saved $2k from the SE…good video.
Have the cs2410 and love my little tractor. Got mine in 2015, just put 200 hours, I'm sold on them
My kioti. DK35SE is close to 1900 hours on it with absolutely no problems. Used it to skid logs and firewood trees and forks on the loader to deck 1000’s of logs. It’s a hydro transmission. Love my Kioti❤️❤️❤️ would by another in a heart beat
Thanks for the feedback, John.
Looks like a pretty nice tractor. I like a lot of the options on it and kind of wished I would have taken a look at one when I was shopping for my 1025 last year. He also seemed very knowledgeable on the tractor which is something I like. One thing I didn't hear him mention was if you could run wheel spacers or adjust the track width on this tractor for stability?
Very informative. Great job guys!
Just took delivery of a CK3510 SE HST last night. I enjoyed the review and was helpful in making my decision.
After 14 months, I traded to a JD 1025R. Nothing to do with the tractor, as it was solid with no issues. But was much larger than I needed on my 2.5 acres. So far after a few weeks I'm sold on this little power house.
that's a very nice tractor !! And i have a Kubota.
Really enjoying your tractor shopping trips. I'd go with the Kioti over the Yanmar just from the point of saleman interest in machine and customer. Just saying....
Yanmar dealers are in upwards of there hundred miles apart. And there's the parts support to not to bad if you can load up and only drive it in 10 miles but not even being able to order an oil filter or even know the part number is a little disconcerting.
Hey Tim , keep doing your research, lots of great tractors , I would stick with JD or Kubota myself , but like you mentioned, having a dealer nearby is a great asset for service . Can’t wait to see what you test out next . Kioti seems to be ahead of some of the other Korean units, we only have one Kioti dealer nearby and they did not impress me like the sales person you were dealing with , he seemed knowledgeable. Good luck
Really nice Tractor Tim. I like their 6 year unlimited hour warranty too. I wish I had a dealership close to me.
That guys is such a classic sales man , so funny. Looks like a good tractor.
Tim, nice presentation and thoughtful points to consider. We just purchased an LS XR 4140, touted as the model with more "bells and whistles." We chose the LS partly because of reviews, but also because of the location and reputation of the dealership, and the length of time they have been carrying LS. Kioti was on my short list, too, but the dealership was a distance from us, and they have cycled through a number of different brands in the past few years, now carrying Kioti, Branson, and New Holland. That made me nervous - why are they not long-term with a certain brand? I think your consideration points are spot on, and will prove very helpful to the prospective buyer. Thank you!
I recently purchased (still waiting on delivery) an LS XR4145C. The Kioti was also on my list, but the reason the LS won was due to the standard features and the LS Tier4 engine. Seems like with the other brands, everything is "an added kit, absolutely." That is, unless they release a Special Edition tractor with a Special Addition price tag.
Have fun with your new LS!
Tim this is my first You Tube Comment: Your videos are Awesome, and influential. I just got my
first compact tractor an LS 3032. You may find it in the right size dept.for what guys are looking for.
I purchased the LS for price and features and yes your little Ditty of "Am I Blue".
Love your videos, keep up the good work.
David,
Thanks very much for making the effort to sign up and leave a comment. Comments like this are what keep us going.
After comparing prices, features, specifications, and dealerships on a John Deere 3E series, Kubota L series, and Mahindra 4540, I BOUGHT A KIOTI! In my humble opinion, Kioti offers the best tractor, dollar-for-dollar.
Did you consider resale values?
@@TractorTimewithTim nobody wants to sell their Kioti.
@@TractorTimewithTim Since I'll be dead when that time comes, no. That's my kid's problem. I did, however, consider all the implements I bought with the money I saved vs. Deere and Kubota. Heck, for the price of a Deere, Kioti gave me the tractor AND a backhoe.
Yuvraj you got the video. Been thinking about getting one of these tractors. Going to look at one next week.
Tim that is a great looking CK SE I sure would take one very nice ! The one thing I don't like on the CK is where they put the tank but I could live with it ! LOL but he was very nice and happy to see him trying to sale a tractor ! Did they have a CS on the lot ? But you know if you get one you have to promote my channel too for sending you to them !!! LOL 😉 but how you find what you are looking for ! Hope your dad is doing better ! Have a great weekend and take care ! God bless ! Kioti Curt 😁👍🚜
One of tge best videos I've seen, after Johnny's of course. Nice to see you on a Kioti
i like that sales guy hey knows his machines
Nice! I've been looking at the CK3510SE myself. Will be stopping by a couple of dealers again tomorrow. I had looked at a JD 2032r and 2038r, and found the CK to be comparable size wise. But isn't the NX larger (more like a JD 3 series).
Edit - Oh, and with the Kiotis, you can always add the factory cab later.
Close your eyes and dip in, I am expecting to see it very soon in your garage!!
I just bought a CK2510. Some of the things that impressed me were the hydraulics and the fact that all the grease fittings are recessed. I also bought a Franzgard grapple for the front. For me a huge up grade from a Massey GC2310.
That looks like a nice tractor! The way the loader mounts looks very similar to my Kubota L3301, and I found it to be easy to work with the one time I took my loader off and back on. If it's just like my Kubota, then lifting the front end of the tractor with the bucket pushes the loader mount back against some welded pads, taking all of the load off of those two removable pins. Then the pins easily slight right out.
I think that the Kubota L series is also worth looking at before you make your decision, but I have to say that Kioti model has some nice features that my L3301 doesn't have. I won't be surprised if y'all end up buying it!
I am impressed, really nice looking tractor. Quality appears to be much better that Mahindra, and LS and such. I have been told by many that the quality of Kioti is the next best after kubota.
Sales person is very inform I am impressed
My love for green will never die but that is a really nice tractor and I know I would be more than happy to own it
My neighbor has that inferior green one and I get to rub it in all the time cause my orange will outdo his any day of the week!
i hope you guys get this brand i am pretty much sold on it thanks to this video. i just need to get my side by side paid off :( lol
Great salesman not afraid to list the shortcomings.
That makes the buyer feel more comfortable, doesn’t it? Certainly worked with us. He seemed honest as well as knowledgeable.
ABSOLUTELY! Lol....
Absolutely
Absolutely....
Very nice and informative. Aaron, sales guy, was about 100x better informed and interested in helping than the Yanmar guy. I know where I would be inclined to spend my money.
New subscriber- you said my favorite second thing in the whole world Tractors
As I mentioned in the other video we have had our CK2510 for just over a year now and I have been happy with it so far. I looked at all brands that were available within about an hour of me and IMO there was nothing that compared well with the Kioti feature, size and price wise. The CK2510 does have a mid mount mower, and the bucket is not bad at all to remove and reinstall as long as you place the bucket on a level surface. It takes me about 2 or 3 minutes to remove or install.
Thanks, Chadd!
i have A Kioti subcompact tractor with 22hp with 50 inch snowblower on front soft cab and heater I love it!!:) ;]
I sure do wish you got in this tractor. This was the first TTWT video I watched and I ended up buying a Kioti.
Ill be updating to a CK3010 from my CK22 , which has been an absolute brilliant machine , not too many compact tractors will run out 140ton of crushed rock in 3hrs .
My brother purchased a Kioti 40 horse loader tractor 5 years ago. He has 1300 hours on it now. Only issue, 2 worn out ignition lock sets , replaced under warranty.
He uses it in the Coast & Rocky mountains for building horse and hiking trails, contract work.
The work is beyond abusive and the machine has handled it.
He bought new 25 HP Kioti last year as they often have need of a second tractor in the smaller size.
When buying the 40 horse he looked at the Mahindra but said he was put off by the Mahindra's " sheet metal bucket" :)
An interesting alternative to Deere. I like some of the features they have. Would miss the easier loader on/off, but if you're looking at the larger tractor for a factory cab, like I am, you'd likely have to get off the tractor anyway, to disconnect the mount brackets and hydraulics, compared to open station which you can do it from the seat of the Deere (well, maybe not the 1-series). I do like the all metal covers for fenders and hood. My biggest complaint about Deere is the excessive use of plastic. I'm a strong believer that plastic is a material that's being abused in it's applications, now more than ever; primarily because it's cheap rather than because it's the right material for the situation.
I also noticed his comment about the fuel line bleeder, but my 1026R has an auto-bleeder, as I found out the one time I ran it out of fuel just a second before I turned it off to go get more, lol. I just filled it up, turned the key to the on position and could hear the pump filling the filter housing. Once it stopped, she fired right up as if nothing had happened. Speaking of fuel, that tank seems to be in a really weird place... sure hope it's some thick material.
Any plans to go look at Kubota? I've always been a fan of their mini-excavators (run quite a few and never had any complaints or issues) and am kinda curious if that reliability and capability carries over to their tractor line. I also hear they've got a new line out to improve on their older models. It's nice to see these videos as I get to see a little more about competitors I never considered or even knew about, before. That said, I only really have Deere and Kubota dealers nearby, which is kind of the reason I chose the Deere, as Kubota's lineup was quite dated, at the time.
Now that,s one fine tractor. He a good salesman.
Good salesperson. From a technical standpoint I like the robust simplicity such as the front axle or the great accessibility of service parts....I like this tractor.....absoluuuutely......😉 .super video as always......
Exactly!
This was a great video, we have a Kioti dealer close by, this tractor would fit in well with our 1025R.
I think christy drooling a bit over the tracker two lol 😝 enjoy the video
Aaron did a great job!! I think you should get it!!! Are you thinking of getting it??
I am very happy with my 1997 Kubota M4700 4wd. It’s 47hp. Bought it used 5 years ago for $7k. One of the best things I’ve bought. Along with a grapple, 72” tiller, forks, and 84” finish mower. Rear tires filled with Rim Gaurd. I would not want a smaller tractor. I need the weight, for the grapple to be able to lift big limbs and logs without the rear tires lifting off the ground.
Glad to have such a good review to watch! Liked your bible verse at the end also! Keep up the good work!
