Skye Gyngell, chef: High50 Entrepreneur

Interview with chef Skye Gyngell on what it's been like to set up her own restaurant, Spring at Somerset House. Skye won widespread acclaim for her cooking at Richmond restaurant Petersham Nurseries, where she worked for ten years, and won a Michelin star there in 2011. Now, in her fifties, she's taken the huge step of setting up on her own.
