Hi, is their something I can do about my knee area specifically? I have been walking and started jogging in between. After implementing jogging, both my knees were swelling and painful. They said jogging and being overweight, no exercise for 10 years and 64, my knees cannot handle the jogging. Thank you so much for giving me simple directions on your practice. Easy to follow for a beginner like me. Love it.
Thank you for your kind words! And Thank you for making an effort to improve your health. Try this exercise: sit on a tall chair and swing your legs while flexing your ankles. Aim for at least 15 minutes a day.
Additionally, consider speed walking instead of jogging; it should help too! 🙏
