I was meditating and feeling quite hopeless and fearful and I had the thought to check to see if you had replied, so thank you so much for that. I am not able to access any medical care and the journey is quite frightening at times because of that. I have so much blocked Qi in my body that doesn’t seem to want to let go. But I keep trying and trying but sometimes all I can do is cry, and even that doesn’t flow out smoothly, it is stifled and blocked. Thanks again for your calming and thoughtful presence that helps me not feel so alone. Take care and I hope you have a fruitful healing retreat. ❤Brian

    @LuChin, I am so very glad to have found you! I have Meniere's which causes instability in gait, sudden falls, nausea, and etc. Have you heard of it? Could you do a video specifically for re-balancing, etc., anything that will help with the above issues? Many thanks....

    Another fantastic routine, my arms are quite stiff, I’m going to practice this everyday to make them relaxed.
    One question: why we should tap our body 9 times (not 7 or 10, but 9)? I watched few years ago other videos with qui gong, they also suggest tapping for 9 times each area. Is this numer important?

      In ancient Chinese history, the number nine was significant due to its auspicious meaning, sounding like the word for “long-lasting.” It symbolized longevity and nobility, especially for emperors who often used it in their robes and architecture. Nine is the largest single-digit, suggested upward trajectory, as it is just short of ten, which represents completeness.

      When we practice qigong, to honor the culture lineage of this ancient practice, we often do a repetition of nine, or a few sets of nine. It is perfectly OK if you do a count of 50.
