It’s never happened. From what I have seen is when the paint job is bad the paint will peel.

What is the pattern that you follow when making your garland? I do one quad with a big balloon then 2 quads that are the same size. Then I’ll change to the next color following the same pattern.
I really love the organic look but I find sometimes it just looks weird with the big balloons sticking out.
