Hi Mate, I hope you have managed to get your unit up and running ok. We are in the same position as you were having just installed our Audley last week. How did you get on with getting the white consistent? I can't seem to find how the ink agitation system works? TIA

Does your shaker/oven require an ac 220v power? if so can you tell me what to tell the electrician, please? thanks.
Hi Carlotta, Here in Australia we use 220/240 volts and we need a special 20amp power socket and plug. Not sure how the machines are configured for the US market. Probably 110 volts. Best thing is to ask your local dealer about power requirements.

Nice!!! So since the printer can print a meter long per hour, the question is for how long could the machine go on printing continuesly?
Our showroom Audley has been printing today for about 5 hours continuously with no problems at all.

Wow! Sorry for my very late reply. We use SAI Flexi. Very easy to set choke for white ink

We use UV printer for some plastic bottles (not all types). Polypropeline bottles can be a problem because they have a slight oily surface.

Yes they do. I believe that DTF Superstore might be a distributor. Check with them.
I'm Gerson here from Brazil. I bought a hs 2070 dtf 60 cm printer, and I don't have anyone here who can help me set it up to print. Would you happen to have a step by step on how I configure the printer and powder machine so I can print. I will be forever grateful if you can help me

Sorry for my late reply. We do have anti static bar here but to be honest we remove the ant static bar from all shakers. In fact new shakers do not have anti static bar any more.
