Maintenance of the white ink print head etc is hard work. White ink causes sedimentation and so the printer has to be used everyday. Shut the printer for a week and you have trouble.

I purchased the DTF REVEL and had your technician come out and assemble it last week. However, the technician said he had no idea how to use the software. I am having trouble and have reached out to my customer coordinator 5 days ago and have had no assistance. The white ink underlay is printing out in areas where i dont want it to. The ink is runny and is smearing as it goes through the powder application making the prints unusable. I tried to talk to the technician who was here last week about all of this and he told me that he didnt know how to use the software. Why would you send someone out who doesnt know how to help. He said he had only setup one other REVEL and only knew basic things about the Hans software but didnt know anything about the flexi production or print software.

Sounds good but what about maintenance really. I heard for the most part you need to run the machine everyday because clogged lines are major. I see the benefits for large scale businesses but for a home setup the price, space, and maintenance would be big challenges. Just my opinion.

Have you figured out how to keep the white ink from clogging? I have found that the it causes the colors to fade and change the spectum when printing. What is the daily maintenace? Does it have a continual adjutator that will keep the white stirred at all times, to stop clogging.

What about the adhesive film? It seems more user friendly than the HMP. Cost factor? Good for minimal MOQs?

Hmmm... you didn't actually get an answer, did you. Instead, you were told where you could go purchase more white toner printers. Lol. Either an AI effort failed or a hired virtual assistant only saw keywords and sent you to go shop instead of offering a useful answer that may actually inspire a purchase. Odd times. All I can say is that when we remove authentic humanity from basic customer care and support... it will always reflect poorly on the company using it. Period. Not only that but I was also interested in this product and especially due to the CEO creating such great content until... I saw you asked an important question (seemingly interested in becoming a customer) and was apparently answered with a bot. If they don't have the resources to simply answer honest questions on their CZcams channel with a human being, then chances are that customer support is going to be a nightmare. And printers of any kind... will always need tech support at some point.

I have had my machine since June and it still is not setup correctly where I can go into production. The technician has been here 3-4 different times and it still is not working ENOUGH is ENOUGH. Here we are almost in the month of October and nothing, they even sent me a ribbon to install myself bcz the technician had other ppl to see. I'm at the point of hiring an attorney and giving this machine back if I don't have this machine up running & producing prints by the end of next week, and that's being generous. Do you think that I'm gonna keep paying for something that I have not used? Also the customer service sucks bcz you CAN'T EVER get ahold of anybody!! Gotta do BETTER RICOMA!!
