He pretty much said they screwed up on how it was implemented but they are still rolling it out. Whether it's now or later - Delta doesn't want you unless you're rich & spend an in$ane amount of with them and their AMEX credit cards. Who would go back to that 🤣🤣🤣? Thanks for the info + video.
