I love how you're using more marrow bones in your challenges. It has an absolutely delicious taste and there is nothing like sucking the marrow from the bone. I would personally prefer eating bone marrow curry with idiyappam instead of paya, but that's just me! 😉
There is one more food that I think you should try. Mutton kidneys! 😃😋 In England these kidneys are a delicacy and usually fried (varuval). The trick is to remove that yellow core which is inedible. Or you could cook them in a curry or Biryani, anything you choose! 👍
