- In this video I will show you the footage I took while visiting 2 apartments in downtown Varna. Both cost around 500 euros a month rent. The problem is that smaller and larger apartments are easier to find.
Overall, the housing market is still quite tight for this time of year.
Again and again I am asked how high the cost of living is on the Bulgarian Riviera. Rental prices are always an important factor. Especially since there are currently around 30,000 people from the Ukraine here in Varna. Their presence, together with the high rate of inflation here, has led to a sharp increase in rental costs.

Hello, thanks for the video. I've heard about problems about landlords who doesn't want to rent flats for foreigners asking residence card (probably because they don't report it for taxes). What are you thoughts about it ? How to do ?
