    Still love this theme... that sense of dread in them synth chords over the piano.... vhs... wow 1st time I saw it on this format in the early 80s... thanks for the upload... 👍🏽.

    There’s just something about vhs and horror that just adds to the creepiness to the film

      To me it was always the opening logos like the FBI warning logos before the movie would start the would make it more creepier and scarier.

      Very much so...almost like a gritty feel to it like you shouldnt be watching it.. I haven't seen it on vhs prob since the 90s...?? Had it on every format but only now on bluray , then 4k .. the original posters etc..but what gets me is how eerie.. and much more haunting this intro sounds on vhs compared to raw bass power on an av system with it on bluray... this on vhs ex rental I've seen costs a fair bit now too...!!

      JasonMyers_1963 Actually The player I used for this is a Panasonic DMP-B70V which is a VHS Player/Blu-ray Player kind of rare to find and its pricey especially on eBay.

      hdna12 so it can also play dvds right?

    • @hdna12
      @hdna12  Před 4 lety

      JasonMyers_1963 Yes it does both Plays DVDs And Blu-rays but the important thing about this player is that it can play VHS at 1080p through an HDMI Cable.

      hdna12 thats good I was also going to ask if it plays vhs at HDMI because some need different cables

    • @hdna12
      @hdna12  Před 4 lety

      JasonMyers_1963 Well it does have the Regular Av/Cables and Component Cables but yeah All you need is an HDMI cable and your all set. But make sure that if you find this player be sure that it comes with the remote otherwise you can Rewind, Fast-Forward.
