He also does the instant transmition stance when he bursts

I wish they let him charge up to different levels, he clearly has a charge state that ups the power of special attacks and smashes but i want the ability to go even further beyond. If they leave you alone long enough to charge to level 3 then you should be able to get a level 3 charge. (We saw him go blue in the reveal)
Idk, not only would someone *_never_* buy enough time pull a move like that off, but his first level is already enough to kill if you use it right, and breaks bones just by connecting

as a shaggy main and a scooby doo fan, i must say the moveset the devs gave him could get some few changes
first of all, it would make sense if shaggy everytime he makes an attack, he would act a bit scared, since is something he is mostly known for, being scared.
i know the ultra instinct thing can't be changed, but if i were the devs, i would have made him like, hungry, like if he was ready to "taste victory" (if you know what i mean)
aside of that, the moveset feels semi-natural to shaggy as a whole, uncle shagworthy as a skin is a cool reference too, but i really wish there were more show related skins for shaggy
