Always wonder where music would have gone had he,Eddie Cochran,Big Bopper and others had not gone so soon. stones and Beatles were a big influence in the 60s ,along with the Animals,Who and countless others, but seriously, where would music have gone if Buddy had of survived? All accounts say he perfected overdubbing and various other ways of using his voice/others,and guitar over tones. The way he sings, makes me recall Elvis Presley. I think Elvis got Buddy's wave and style of singing. That t guy was a good singer and good guitar player. No doubt he brought Rock'n roll to light. The beginning of Rock'n history is Buddy Holy.
Wait....Elvis is the one and only reason Buddy got into Rockabilly & Roll & Roll in the first place. Until Elvis everybody did straight a Country music or Hillbilly. They both don't sound like each other at all.

These guys did an excellent job !! Long live the rocker from Texas !!!!!!
They came to Britain in the late 1950's as a trio and people here loved them. They played a Venue near me at the time but I had a Gig with my Band so could not go and see them and always regretted that. But I did get to see Eddie Cochran play live, and later played Gigs with Gene Vincent and Bill Haley, those were great days and we won't see and hear times like that again sad to say.
Wow what a great guy family man ❤️ and entertainer he should be known as a Triple OG pioneer he lead and paved the way for all genres so grateful thanks so much
Excellent Cover. Vocals and Geetar both 10 of 10. Fender Strat and Telecaster tone! In the beginning there was Leo Fender and Rock & Roll.
My love is bigger than a Cadillac... WOW - one of the greatest line in Rock 'n Roll.
The way he sings, makes me recall Elvis Presley. I think Elvis got Buddy's wave and style of singing. That t guy was a good singer and good guitar player. No doubt he brought Rock'n roll to light. The beginning of Rock'n history is Buddy Holy.
He's playing the Bo Diddley beat though. He was definitely a foundation but cant say he is THE foundation
Wait....Elvis is the one and only reason Buddy got into Rockabilly & Roll & Roll in the first place. Until Elvis everybody did straight a Country music or Hillbilly. They both don't sound like each other at all.
I remember him from my youth, music sucked after he died. was the best. thank you for uploading.
Beautiful job, thank you! So close to the originals.
Just purely awesome
Very talented actor and singer Gus Macgregor as Buddy.

I think you are amazing you are the closest thing to this greatest man..thank you Sir
We have lost a lot of great and talent musicians in rock-n-roll from Buddy Holly to Jimmie Hendrix to Duane Allman and so forth we will never forget them their music lives forever
He was with us such a short time. I don’t think any of his fans got to know his personality. This video really helps. Thanks for posting.
When I was in high school with my band we would play a lot of Buddy's music. I still like playing it today.
This one was One of my favorites. Wow what memories. Thanks again for letting us all enjoy this beautiful music. It's funny how these songs make me feel young after all these years.
