How I almost failed a course at UofT - but still became a Prof here

Failure never feels good. But it should never be the end but the beginning of a learning process. Here's my story of how I almost failed a pre-requisite chem course at UofT but still went on to become a Prof and now an Associate Dean here at UofT.
