Your truck, with the 2" leveling kit, looks great! Keep in mind, these trucks are not symmetrical from front to rear. The distance from the ground to the inside fender on the front has nothing to do with that of the rear. Equalizing and leveling are two different things. Most guys these days are only interested in equalization, as they hyper focus on that measurement. A leveled truck will not measure the same front to back. An equalized truck will, and an equalized truck will result in a squatted truck, and that just functions worse and, in my opinion, looks worse than a raked truck.
Love it, man! I have an iconic silver with black appearance pkg and want to do the same thing but don't want to ruin the phenomenal mileage I can gt with the shitty stock scorpion atr.
The reason you are rubbing is the width of your tire. If your tire was metric 295/65/R20 you’ll have no rubbing issues. The tire is actually a little taller than yours but more importantly a little narrower. 3/4” or so which makes all the difference in the world.
Perfect truck! I just purchased the same truck in avalanche grey. I was planning on running a 2" level on 295/65/20s but you just sold me. Just to confirm, you're running a 2" puck style level, 35/12.50/20s and a 1/4" RC spacer to clear the upper controls, and a tire re alignment I'm assuming? Thanks in advance
With the 2” leveling pucks, does it throw off the angle of the CV joints very much? I’ve been wanting to do this to my F150 but not sure how much added stress it will add to the CV joints and the upper ball joints as well?
Looks good. I’m trying to decide between a 2.5 inch and a 2 inch level. Would you have went with 2.5 if you did it over again or no and how is the ride with the level kit?
Did the leveling kit interfere with any of the sensors for the moving taillights while cornering or any of those fancy features? My 2023 lariat has it and i dont wanna fuck up any of that stuff
Man this look is exactly what I wanted. I have the same wheels it the platinum trim and just installed the rc lift and spacers. I get the 35s Ko2 on Monday I’m praying it fits haha.
@@michaelstewart9366 It shouldn’t, but I always recommend talking to the dealership that you work with before doing anything. I have not had any warranty work ever declined on any of my cars, but I do always chat with my dealer before doing any modifications.
Have the same color & blackout package on my '23 STX. Looks great.

100% agree.
Looks great..... I'm running 295/65-20 (35.1 tall ) AT3s on my factory Platinum wheels with 1/4 front spacer.

No more rubbing now, all good.

Nailed it!

@@casehunter8376 it’s not bad. As for long term, people have been using these for a very long time. I’d say you’d be good.

The 2.5 inch is probably what I would have went with. It still rides great. The tires do make it feel planted so much better than the factory tires.
Do a 2.25 leveling kit
Question, what year is your brother’s xlt? And also how big of a leveling kit did you do? I forget but I watched the other video.
His is a 2023 also. 2 inch leveling kit.

No it did not. Mine had the blue cruise hands free driving feature also and that also still worked fine.
Did the upgrades affect your CCD or Blue cruise?
@@scottcrews4841 no, everything still worked as intended.
Did you put spacers on the rear also to match the front? 1/4?
Yes
whats the total ride height now? Need to know whether it will fit in a parking garage..
Sorry missed this. I’ll get that for you.
Im new to this tire situation but just bought this truck, what size rims do you have?
Factory 20s.

How much did the 35s affect the gas mileage trying to decide if I want to do it or not
Not terribly bad, I haven’t driven much highway lately. Around town I’m at 16ish.
Is there a lot of road noise with these tires
Not at all. They ride great.
What’s up with the TRX? Is that gone?
TRX is gone for now. With car prices getting back in check I unloaded it before it started to tank in value.
Would this void warranty?

How much did you pay for the spacers
I think they were $40.
Why is your back tire measuring 33” but front is 34.6
They moth measure out the same. Are you talking about tire size or height from the ground?
