If you only have the one pair of shoes, most of these points are no use. You've got no 'comparison' shoe, so you aren't going to be able to tell whether the colour is lighter or darker or whether the shape of the toe box is narrower or wider.
You might, however, be able to see the differences in the mesh area, as described, as well as the stitching differences. But the differences in the box label are liable to be easier to spot: not the font, obviously, because again you don't have the other font to compare it with, but the differences in what's on the label.

No. Just cause it has the price tag doesn’t mean it’s fake. A lot of US boxes have that. Nike has different factories China, Vietnam, and I think another country. The duties and labour are much cheaper in Vietnam ect. I have. 1s from there. As for this specific shoe I’m not sure. They make their shoes in Asia. But they supply from major hubs in usa and Europe. I would be worried if your shoes got shipped to you from china directly as then they are most likely fakes. Skipping duties, customs and Nikes distribution hubs.
They also have. Nike Canada, Nike South Korea, Nike Japan, Nike Europe, usa.. ect

StockX should be good. I’ve bought several pairs from them with no issues. That doesn’t mean some don’t get by so you want to check them when you get them as well but for the most part I wouldn’t worry.

The difference between the stitching at the back is defo not miniscule it bloody massive and obvious, the major differences are the colour difference, the box and the atitching at the back
