YOU are fulfilling one of my dreams. (I owned land but it was mainly timbered in oak.) I LOVE that a fella with some decent money has this Lambo TRACTOR! I hope you will bring it back to 'near new.' I DO know a bit about vineyards and winemaking here and there. My major impression is more MONEY and a lot of time goes into moving from cuttings to wine. You will need more buildings and a bunch more equipment than this tractor. If you are interested, I suggest fruit trees and vegetables. Plant what you eat. Sweet corn and potatoes worked well for me.

Before Ferruccio Lamborghini started producing cars in 1963, he got into heating and air conditioning around 1960. Lamborghini Calor SPA still produces oil and gas boilers and water softener units. And they still makes cars every so often. Tractor production was started in 1948 and are currently still in production.

That would be a perfect size lot for a little apple Orchard. You could just let people pick them themselves (for a cost) if you are feeling lazy or you could harvest some or all yourself and make food/drinks out of them. Other crops like corn and sunflowers will require quite a bit more harvesting and processing work.

I grew up on a vineyard. Although tractors are super handy for all kind of stuff, you won't need one to plant in the limited space you have available. The majority of the work for a tiny vineyard is done by hand.

Fab. Tractor is cool. Keep the patina and get it running and safe (enough) to use and be useful, which I think it will. You're in no hurry and it'll be brillaint. Truck is way cool. Great that's your daily driver, on farm duty anyhow. Garage 3.0; I'd have preferred the bigger size but it seems you're happy with #2 and that's what matters. It'll be excellent and it gives more room for your crops. Unsure of the climate and soil you have so maybe you can look into that. Maybe the pond and the tower / pump can give you a bit more water but you don't want to pump more water than the land can manage sustainably. Be interesting to know what's possible, that's a niche product and well away from maize / sunflowers etc?
