- Nachdem wir die Fowler Road Locomotive erfolgreich beim Strassen Verkehrsamt vorgeführt hatten, war es endlich an der Zeit die Maschine zum ersten mal auf Schweizer Strassen zu bewegen. Die Probefahrt lief einwandfrei und für weitere Ausfahrten im 2022 steht nichts mehr im Weg.

If I ever get chance to visit this area of Switzerland I would love to get the chance to drive Bertha on the road once more. I used to operate the engine at Levens Hall every Sunday. Hope you enjoy your time with Bertha.

@@babskuery90 I may be coming to Switzerland in 2023 as my friend's nephew lives there and is talking about us getting tickets for the 2023 Whisky train, 2022 is already full booked. Its also my 40th wedding anniversary so that would be the perfect trip if we could see Bertha while there.

Well guess what, my friend and I have tickets for the Whiskey Train on the 16th April so I will be coming to Switzerland after all!!!! Hopefully we can get to Alt Goldur and hopefully see Bertha in steam.

great to see Bertha and hear her ringing gears again used to look forward to seeing her at the Cumbria steam gathering most years, there are a couple of short clips of her there on my channel. nice to see she is in good hands.
