Truth Seeker I agree with you, but it's interesting to contrast the comments on this video (and part 1) with the "mind your own business, you're not the Police" comments on hundreds of cyclists' videos where the cyclists call out drivers for using their mobile phones whilst driving. I'd love to understand the psychology ... 🤔

Its all fun and games until that one individual damages your vehicle. Its not worth it.
He's in a much larger vehicle than those who squeezed by. It is possible that he was not able to pass without going onto the footpath which is illegal. They then may have decided that if they can't continue with their journey, neither is the one coming the wrong way.
That's why he's filming.

It did happened in the same month 4 times 😂 3 of them I stopped but 4 one had his 12 old daughter next to him showing me to s+*ck d*^^ck in front of his daughter after being on incoming traffic on a normal day ...

There are devices that solely take photos and videos you know. Also, as someone commented on the other video, the definition of electronic devices that are illegal to use while driving are those which have the function of being used for communication. This means that a regular driver using a mobile phone, walkie talkie or laptop while driving is breaking the law but holding a Go-Pro or other digital camera is not. Also, using a camera (of any form) while driving or behind the wheel of a vehicle is OK if your filming a crime being committed, such as a physical assault, or when there is reasonable evidence to suggest that a crime may be committed, such as an angry road user becoming agitated to the point of trying to assault another driver or cause criminal damage. This was demonstrated in the first video as the taxi driver exited their car and attempted to open the door of the camera operator's vehicle while making verbal threats towards them, trying to get them out of their vehicle.
A sort of 'disclaimer' (This info was mentioned in 2 comments on that other video. I don't know the accuracy of them but it makes sense to me so I placed it here for you to see.)

Handheld device referring to one that can be used for communication. We have no way of knowing if this was a phone being used. He could have removed a dashcam from the windscreen and held in sideways and rotated the footage later using a editor so we can see the footage the correct way up.
Also, I doubt he would be charged with it as he's recording someone who could become volatile with their illegal actions being prevented, as it was shown in the other footage of the taxi driver. Even if he was using a phone, he was collecting evidence of what the oncoming van was doing which would have lead to damage or injury to the camera operator's vehicle or person.
Filming a person before they potentially hit the camera out of their hand is much better evidence than something closer to an audio recording starting after the first contact is made when the 'victim' fumbles around in a disorientated state. If they were charged, they could dispute it in court with this explanation and get the points and fine dismissed, especially if the taxi footage is allowed to be submitted as evidence in the defence of the camera operator's actions of using such a device in these circumstances.
Apologies, I didn't read the context of your reply. I didn't realise until after I had commented that 'Tell it like it is' is the name of the original commenter and your explaining to them that the camera operator could be using a dashcam. I read your comment thinking you were suggesting the camera operator should have got a dashcam and had it recording while attached to the windscreen rather than holding it.
