Often seen in the Necropolis, this impure Star-Child was created by Ishtar in an attempt to fuse flesh and technology in a way unlike the Zeppecult's analog methods. This digital cyborg exists on the same plane of energy as the Energetic Doubles, yet is visible to Single-Energy Plane beings like us due to its Star-Child DNA. It's many screens seem to be connected to the same network as the Cryptid's database, and often display strange imagery gathered from their corrupted files. It is capable of speech, but simply chooses not to most of the time; it prefers to observe. I suspect it is one of the most powerful of the impure Star-Children.
