Good job young man. It's good to be nervous when working cattle, keeps you on your toes. Sure is easy to get hurt, especially when you're doing it alone. Keep up the good work and stay safe!
Be very careful working around the cow's head when she is in the squeeze chute. I had a cow crush my knuckle between her stub horn and the frame. Took me out for the day. It's always a little iffy when changing eartags or doctoring.
Nice chute. Might need a nose bar if you ever need to take horns off them. Your cattle must be polled. Love your videos. Is this all done on your cell phone?
I just bought a Tarter Cattlemaster Series 3 chute with the value 90 ("'cheap") sweep tub and the danged thing didn't come with instructions. Care to film a tutorial for operating yours? I'm still not clear on setting the automatic headgate. I've used a Priefert headgate but this is my first squeeze chute. By the way, it looks beautiful there in your videos. we live in Northeast Texas and it's not quite as hilly!
+Brian B I gladly do so I am going to do a review about it and my thought and concerns about it I’m in southern West Virginia thanks for watching the video will post in a few days
Thank you for that walkthrough! I'm was rapt until the very end.
Im finally going to be able to afford one of these and needed to see it in action.

looks like a good day working cows
It was lol
Pinch them in both nostrils and they won't sling their head. They actually make nostril pinches. I've always used my index and thumb.
👍👍👍 I need to buy a set
@@Theblindfarmer My gdad taught me to pinch them in the nostrils. He said you can lead a cow anywhere doing that.
🍻
I keep a rope halter by the squeeze and if they throw their heads I just tie them so the are easier to tag
I’d like to have the thing that goes in there nose I went to cattle equipment seminar and they worked pretty good
