I feel like this on Keter difficulty(Hard with gimmicks) could have the lights dim at the time where he says “the store is now closed” so much, to where only the light of 3008-2’s bulb could tell you what arrows to press
Or maybe the employees in the background start attacking, and you have to click in spots to build or you die
or the forward arrow for SCP-3008-2 sometimes turns black and he will lunge at you, and you have a to press a arrow at the right time.

Edit: coming back to this video almost a year later, i now have a better view on what this song makes me feel. at first, it just sounds like the infinite ikea i stated before the edit. but as it goes on, it seems to become more and more desolate in tone which brings open the real horror of the infinite ikea: not the employees, but the fact that it's pretty much impossible to escape. the employees will bring a painful death, but release you from the hell that is the infinite ikea. but if you choose to stay and fend off the employees, it's completely possible that you could go insane from the lack of human interaction. great song, still fits the vibe!
