All my exercises come from u as well as all my improvements ❤❤❤ there's no help here in Trinidad for stroke patients. Basically it's a death sentence here. So happy i found when u started these videos. Like i said in a previous video i cry less now. Regaining my life a little time again.
@@PostStrokeOrg more good days now. Still alot of weakness but I push on. Trying to Jumpstart my catering career again. It's slow but steady. Couldn't have made it this far without u. Ur my hero. Much appreciation.
I have been noticing how good your videos are. I am in Perth Western Australia. I have attended some rehab as a out patient. I wonder how old there training is. I have improved by myself. My goal is efficient walking . I can walk around the house and get things done. Smooth walking is my goal. ** improvement comes from you. Your the only one that can do it. Take small steps and work towards your goals***** I find your guides very useful. I have improved a lot . I was lucky as I had no long term damage just right side went to sleep for a bit but then it came back. never lost balance or feeling. Its a different type of *S* word. Last time at rehab I as given a walking stick. The lady felt it would be useful, For me I found it to be counter productive in improving my walking. I do step at home and have included both legs. I don't use the walking stick as I find it very unstable to use, and I prefer to walk on my own legs. Still keep up the great work and I very much enjoy your walking videos. I have made a few exercise lessons from your guide and exercise I was given from another person. I shall be smooth walking within 2 months. Thank you very much for sharing your knowledge.
@@PostStrokeOrg I am doing great. Walking is a tough one. I walk all the time. I am smoother and feeling very good on my legs. I have seen some of your exercises where you go on the floor, I am not sure if I'm ready for that yet, but maybe not far from it. I am very grateful for my experience, and your awesome videos. I use an aerobic step and base most of your exercises on it. Ty for sharing your exercises they help a lot of people.
